I booked the room to take a short nap during transit, but I couldn’t sleep at all because one of my roommates was snoring the whole night. Problems with water and electricity in this hotel.  Location is ancient and they did a good job renovating it. But when things get complicated they send out their junior people.  Never saw a manager during the electricity crisis.  Roughly 10 hrs no power in the entire hotel.

The location and service are great. Everything is within walking distance or reachable by bike. The metro ride from the airport to the hotel couldn't be more convenient. The room was small but clean. The hotel is in a very good location with many restaurants around. It is within walking distance of the main attractions.

The location and service were nothing to say. After I left my luggage, it was not check-in time yet. When I got ready to go back to rest in the afternoon when I had a room, my luggage had already been sent to the room. I will consider staying there again next time I go to Denmark.

This hotel is really a rip-off, probably because it is the peak season. The price is very high. The standard room I booked is already very expensive. A beautiful hotel with the perfect location! 2 blocks from Copenhagen Central with decent sized rooms. It was all clean and tidy, and we had a beautiful corner room. As we were there for our anniversary, we received complimentary macaroons and a gorgeous handwritten card. We loved the amenities too and cannot wait to return!

This is my second time staying here, and I'm just as satisfied with the hotel's location and service as before. I especially appreciate the well-equipped rooms, complete with coffee and tea. The location is great, right near the train station. On the ground floor, there's a bar that had a lovely atmosphere over Christmas with everyone drinking and chatting. The room was warm, clean, and tidy, with a minimalist style, offering good value for money.

The room i stayed in is right beside the elevator, so every tine the elevator is running, one can hear it, I thought this room should be discounted. But I arrived early, and the staff kindly allowed me to check in before the normal time, which might explain why I was given this room. The location is really really good. The hotel is in a fantastic position, only 1 train stop away from the Airport. The rooms are very very basic, but the price matches that. Staff is very nice and always available. We stayed in this hotel 4 times already, for our layovers, but this time the bed sheets were not clean, so we asked to have them replaced and they gave us the new ones.

Every time I fly to Japan from Ireland I stop here. Last time I gave 5 stars and basically it still deserves the same rating, but I have lowered it cause I opted for the upgrade offer on the deluxe room. Hello,  I did want to write a comment for next travellers who will be exploring Copenhagen. The hotel was perfect with all amenities including morning coffees, wine hours and shot moments to enjoy on the house. The location was very convenient and easy to get to the tourist attractions by walking. The staff for all shifts were super nice and very helpful all the time. There is nothing I can complain...

We stayed for two nights and appreciated the hotels central location and friendly, helpful, and engaging staff. We would have appreciated a sofa in the room in order to sit together. We also felt the wine and nightcap hours we a great idea and an opportunity to meet tother guests - one to continue!

The room was spotlessly clean, staff were verity friendly. However, the beds were so uncomfortable that we probably need physio therapy for a month to straighten out all the aches and pains.

Honestly, the customer service is lacking in this hotel. The location is the only benefit. Early check in costs 35 euros. They don’t do complimentary bag storage, they have storage lockers in the basement which you have to pay for. This can add up in costs. We had a great stay at this hotel. We booked a Superior Room and found it very spacious, spread across two levels. The second floor had a king-size bed, while the lower level had enough space to accommodate an additional bed if needed. This is a VERY basic hotel, rooms are pretty bare, no fridge, no after shower feet towel. The rooms need a deep clean and an upgrade. Location is pretty good, close to everything, but that is true to most hotels, Copenhagen is small after all. The rooms on level 6 have height restrictions leaving a large portion of the room virtually unusable.
