We're generally satisfied, but the room is far too small. Having to pay extra for towels feels a bit unreasonable. The internet is quite slow, and the bed is narrow. It's made of two single beds pushed together, but with two separate mattresses. My spouse and I didn't sleep well because the gap between the two mattresses was very disruptive.

A room in this hostel is maximally un-cozy. If you do NOT want to feel like at home, you are welcome to book it. The problem is the lights - they just destroy the whole atmosphere. Just cold light, bad visibility. You dont feel cozy in this room.  The kitchen in this hostel is just terrible - looks like it was made like this on purpose so that people wouldn't use it.  I've been in different hostels...

The hostel is lively and composed of multiple room types of your choices. It has a bar and shared kitchen area, where you can do groceries in the nearby supermarket and cook since dine-out expenses are quite high in copenhagen! We stayed here last month. It’s a sweet, well-kept hotel and overall our experience was excellent. The rooms are great; the only quibble is that the bathroom feels unnecessarily large, so the room itself could have been a bit bigger. We also missed having a mini-fridge. The hotel is located in a tree lined residential neighborhood, very close to the metro and commercial area. Roof top view is nice.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything! Even though it's super close to the airport, the rooms are incredibly quiet! Not a peep of noise! The breakfast spread is amazing! Lots of delicious breads and pastries! And a great variety of sausages too!!!

It's conveniently located near the airport. The gym is clean and uncluttered. The pool is still under construction, which is a shame. But, I'm very satisfied with everything, including the service, facilities, and breakfast.

This is the worst hotel I ever stay . For the price I paid, the hotel did not provide a bottle a drinking water, no slipper, no telephone to contact front desk. I will not recommend unless you need to stay near the airport!

Charming room with plenty of USB power outlets, modern bathroom, comfy beds. Great location- can take bus from train station or just walk it when you don’t have your suitcase. Everything was great. Nice rooms with balcony and at a reasonable price for a hotel centrally located in Copenhagen. However, the best part of the experience is the warm and friendly staff that makes you feel that you are at a private home. We are done staying at the corporate hotels in Copenhagen. Amazing room for myself, husband and daughter on the sofa bed. Was there for her 21st birthday and got nothing in terms of freebies for celebrating it there. Suite was superb. Location is near airport, room is clean and tidy. Although it' was hot and without AC, the hotel provides each room a small fan, and it is feeling cool enough during sleep. Staffs are friendly.

I was absolutely delighted by the host. Received a complimentary glass of wine on my arrival. It had very cozy vibes and would definitely go back again on my visit to Copenhagen. The room in general was quite well kept. The bathroom could've been a bit well equipped and the shower could've been a bit bigger. In general, I would say it's an excellent place to stay.

Great location, just a 2-minute walk from the main train station. The hotel is clean and well-maintained throughout. It's a good option for a couple of nights to explore the city center.

The facilities were exactly as described, so I have no complaints. However, there's no elevator, so those with heavy luggage might want to keep that in mind.

Perfectly located and very clean. We vere upgraded to a more spacious room. Shared unisex bathroom is fine. Not recommended for light sleepers, as the walls are quite thin and you can hear what's happening in the hallway.

Great location, room was clean. Very close to Lidl and couple of really good restaurants. We were able to rent a big locker for an entire day to leave our bags after checkout for only 30DKK

Nice room. But the shared shower and toilet is quite far. Also there are only two toilets and two showers for the whole floor.

Hotel rooms in Northern Europe are not big, but fortunately the daily breakfast is okay. Barely staying for one night. But the service is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and friendly!

Lovely hotel accessible to city centre - quiet neighbourhood. Staff very helpful and courteous. Room was compact but clean and practical. Beds were comfy, we slept well and we had new towels daily for our three day stay. Would have preferred larger pillows and more than one pillow - duvets were lovely and warm.  Breakfast was lovely with a range of breads, pastries, cereals, fruits, meats, boiled eggs...

Good location, but room was a little shabby and the shower was just a drain with a shower curtain around it. Breakfast was good but the attendant stared at me the whole time thinking I was going to steal food or something while I was preparing a sandwich for my husband who was on his way down - very off putting!

Breakfast choices good. Gets quite busy at weekends but staff manage well. Keep on top of cleaning everything. We had a room over the front door and very very noisy from the street one night with bins or lorries. The rooms facing courtyard might be quieter. Very convenient locations. Cosy hotel. Bathroom could have been a bit better...sink didn't really drain at all and no way to control temperature...

A barista makes your coffee in the morning:) you can aldo have real hot chocolate:) staff is so nice and down to earth. And the interiors are stunning after the 2 year renovation. Cheap parking neighboorhood also.

Honestly this place is incredible! The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel itself is either new or newly refurbished, very nice details and the downstairs was both slick but also welcoming. The room was spacious with high ceilings and nice colour scheme, one of those that exceeds expectations from the photos. We enjoyed the free happy wine hour but didn’t get to enjoy the additional happy nightcap...

This was my 4th stay at Avenue Hotel and I hope to return for a 5th. It’s a great location in a vibrant part of the city and well placed for exploring local neighbourhoods as well as getting to the main tourist attractions. Stayed at a standard double room over Christmas. Room was very worn with several broken things. The bed was very comfy. The toilet was freezing cold. The lounge and breakfast area is nice, even though the fireplace was not lit. Breakfast was ok, not that fresh, expected more based on other reviews. But nice that it is organic.

This hotel is located somewhat outside of the city center but on a main road so easy to find. The back yard garden/courtyard is beautiful. Comfy seating and heat lamps for chilly weather. The bar area also has comfortable seating areas and a great selection of drinks. The breakfast is amazing. Beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was very thoughtful and attentive. Good location, close to metro station only cross the road. Close to many tourist attractions. Staffs are very nice and try to help as much as they can. Only minis point is it’s a bit noisy at night and early morning if you get the room face to the main road.

Truly Danish minimalism but with exceptional design, although the rooms did have awesome speakers. Was concerned about noise but that wasn't an issue at all. Impossible to beat the location. Much more authentic, truly Copenhagen experience than the Marriott on the water

It was about a 6-minute walk to the nearest metro station and very close to most of the sights in the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The concept of the institution is very interesting. Refined interior and flawless artistic filling. At the entrance you are greeted by a 3D model of tree branches. Each hall is decorated with original paintings and photos, each of which has its own artistic and social value. The hotel is small and cozy. The rooms are not small at all, by Copenhagen standards. I had the best stay at this little magical oasis in the middle of the city center. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. The breakfast was on point and we had dinner at the hotel one night, which was outstanding and the best truffle pasta I’ve ever had. I would definitely go back

Location was the best part, exactly 5 minutes walk to the station. Everything else was so-so but comfortable. The receptionist guy that check me up was so nice and there were free chocolate available too. The room was small, and it could be a bit loud if u go a window facing the street but they provided ear plugs.

I stayed here for business. The hotel is located right next to the station and has excellent access to tourist attractions. The room has a historic atmosphere, which helps to relax. I would like to visit this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

The double room was spacious and had plenty of space. They had hairdryers available for rent, and although they were small they were powerful so I was able to dry my long hair. It was about a 30-minute walk to the city center. The front desk staff were friendly and it was a nice hotel.
