We arrived in the evening; it was raining, and we had to walk to the far end of the complex. The walkways were flooded, and the reception staff didn't have any umbrellas. We booked 3 rooms. One for our 2 sons (16 & 19), one for our daughters (14, 16 & 18), and one for us. Me and my husbands room smelled so bad of sewage, i could not sleep. We specifically booked this hotel for one night because of the rooftop pool shown as the main photo online. It was the primary reason for choosing this property. Upon arrival, we were told that the rooftop pool is not included and actually belongs to another hotel, which felt very misleading. The buffets were good, had themes and good variety. Some of the restaurants that didn't need reservations had long waits.

Cons: We took our own wash clothes (different fabric) and the cleaning staff took them and never returned them to us. The rooms are dated with minor issues. There was a light fixture that was hanging off the wall when we arrived to our room. Flies was on food that wasn’t being monitored. Food quality questionable and food choices repetitive. The staff was great but the food was very average. I did wish there was greater entertainment that didn’t include guest and something included for the kids to get them out of the sun… like a game room that was not for money. Beds and room were cozy. Circus was great. Again staff was amazing!

Amazing place to stay! The waterfront area is so beautiful with all of the infinity pools and there’s plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The rooms were clean and had a huge balcony (3 bedroom penthouse). The grounds had gorgeous plants and flowers everywhere. It was relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant was delicious and the staff were always kind. We want to go back soon!
