Breakfast was good, room was good, but did have to exchange for another room due to AC not working.

Staff were all very nice. Denny the bell hop, the young fellow who checked us in, Alexa were all especially great and deserve recognition. Overall a great experience.

My stay was perfect. The staff, ABSOLUTELY all of them, are extremely attentive and kind. I would recommend this resort a thousand times for the exceptional service. Check in was slow. If you walk up and and interrupt they seem to serve you first. Waiting in line does not get faster/better service. Beach was great till the seaweed came in but that is not the hotel's issue. They did clean it up. Very irritating that people save chairs at the crack of dawn making it next to impossible to get one. The staff was so friendly. Mata e coco was so funny. The nightly shows were very entertaining - like having our own Coco Bongo experiences! They have an entire team dedicated to entertaining the guests with games and parties, so much to do! The food was fantastic - 5 restaurants to choose from and we never had the same thing for dinner twice! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience for a family vacation. Teppanyaki at Ma+Suri, and Le Gourmet are the best restaurants here. The buffet food is average, nothing phenomenal, but nearly on par with any buffet back in the states. I recommend getting the buffet items they cook in front of you.
