We have stayed at lots of Riu hotels all around the world because we like the all inclusive service and pools. The room was clean, pool hours were more limited, the equipment in the gym is broken and have been for years. The food was not as good as most other Riu hotels. I thought housekeeping was very clean. I notice a big water bug roach on the hallway floors. I put a towel under room 3009 front door to keep any bugs out. The good thing is the beach and the great location. The food could use a bit more variety, but it meets expectations. I had a minor accident on the premises, and they don't have a medical center on-site.

Serenity If the loud, party atmosphere is not your jam, then Selectum Hacienda is for you. So quiet and serene. The staff is all very professional, kind and accommodating.
