Very friendly, accommodating and curtious staff. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a fridge and a few fresh bottles of cold water. I believe most of... if not all rooms have a balcony. Free breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with variety of foods. And an all day snack bar. Non stop free drinks, 3 pools, kid friendly and access to the beach, with another all inclusive bar ( except for bottles) Wifi can be a bit wonky ( in and out), but overall, a great stay at a great price. Only warning (outside the hotel) ... the sidewalks outside the area are very cracked and uneven and some areas' lights aren't always on, so use caution when walking around and exploring the neighborhood. (I had twisted my ankle pretty bad the day prior to arriving, so this was a slightly bigger concern than it normally would be for me)

My skin literally smelled like bleach after taking a shower. The bathroom reeked of bleach after showering.
Staff were good, location was great. Lots of restaurants around. Restaurants at the hotel were not great though.
Rooms were not sound proof, so could hear the neighbours slam their door every morning and night.
They were also doing construction the entire time. Painting ceilings, had to fumigate our room the first day???? And constant hammering.

I'm not going to discuss rooms or food conditions, there was a lot of it in the reviwes. This post is about the health of guests in this so-called "resort". What you're seeing here is a horrendous violation of all health norms. Even 5th rate countries wouldn't allow it. It looks like it's a regular occurance for this "resort" , as several reviews have pointed out. It's raw sewage being dumped in the street in FRONT of the "resort". These pictures were taken today, in the morning, December 3, 2025. These guys are trying to push sewage away from the front entrance of the "resort". However, the sewage will stay on the surface, all 400 feet or so in front of the "resort", until it evaporates, since drains there aren't working. So all guests of the hotel will inhale these vapors for days and then it will be another discharge of the sewer. I saw a guest of the hotel who was about to throw up when she was going out.

I live in the residential community next to this hotel. What they operate on their property is not “maintenance” — it is a full-scale workshop: constant hammering, metal cutting, grinders, and industrial noise from early morning until evening. Rest is impossible for both guests and neighbors.
I reported this directly to the hotel. The response was total indifference. They simply ignore the issue, pretend nothing is happening, and continue making noise as if this area had no rules or standards at all.
It is now absolutely clear that the hotel has no intention of resolving this voluntarily. If they will not stop disrupting the entire neighborhood, the situation will inevitably escalate beyond a simple complaint.

Room was clean, staff was nice. Not too many ppl speak English and the hotel was a little outdated. If you like nice, luxurious stay for a good price then you may wanna stay at another hotel. Price was good but it was a 5/10 for me

We checked out early due to issues with our room. Moldy smell and water flooding due to rain. Facility is outdated with holes in the walls.

Moldy smell throughout the room as soon as we entered. Our room flooded from balcony overnight. All the stuff on the floor got wet. My mom even slipped when packing up our stuff. We informed staff but they took over an hour to send us smaller room for only 2 person for 4 of us. They didn’t give us key card for room; they said systems were down and they will change the room later. Limited menu breakfast to Caribbean food. We had to leave and book another hotel instead of staying 4 days.

It was simply beautiful! The views were absolutely breathtaking – a true paradise on earth. The people, especially the Latinos, were incredibly kind and friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere.
The hotel staff, both at the reception and throughout the entire hotel, were outstanding – always smiling, helpful, and professional.
A special shout-out to the entire animation team – you made every day full of joy and positive energy! ❤️
I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again

Very good hotel, I will be staying again! Very wellness vibe. Rebeca and Jenika were lovely staff that helped me with everything, the check in and check out ladies, Ruth and Nairobi, were awesome!!

Was nothing like the photos. The beach is terrible, the smell of seaweed/algae was unbearable. It didn’t help that there was literally mountains of it sitting right In front of us…..right next to the boat parking lot. The room was poorly maintained, the shower and sink was tiny and molded. The food was bad with very little options. I rated with 2 stars because I guess you get what you pay for..
