Clean halls and public areas . but dirty rooms/bathroom. Management was not friendly.

Place was pretty much a hookup space, dirty and missmanaged

There were not hot water and when I called the staff, they said they don't know about it, it was also dirty. O don't recommend that place.

I was first put in room 210 and the room was messed up, the bathroom was even leaking, and i was forced to request for another room which took forever. I eventually got another but there was no network connection at all in the room, spent all my day either sitting at the reception or by the stairs just to access internet. whew

Complementary breakfast was good though, staffs are nice and welcoming but the building needs renovation

Restaurant person was terrible and unhappy that she is working .
wifi problem
Breakfast not good at all. Coffee was cold.
Language problem.
Ac malfunction.
Fright was noisy.
Bed sheets smelled soapy.
Pillows really small

This place can be better with a little love.

They ought to be a shame to call this a hotel! The exterior of the building is beautiful but the inside is dirty and unkept! The on line pictures are deceiving. The sheets stained, the towels a shade of grade (white before). The bathroom and floors are disgusting. The entire room smelled and the bathroom ceiling was moldy and falling. The toilet did not have a toilet top. The receptionist asked my to pay cash! When I got to the room, to say I was mortified is an understatement. I made an attempt to leave but he refused to give me a refund.
