I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, but it will do if there is nothing else available. It was not the cleanest and the bathrooms barely function. On a more positive note. My experience of the staff was pleasant.

untrust hotel , we made a reservation with someone pretend to be the manager of the hotel as per the number on google, but unfortunately The hotel is not cooperative and did not solve the problem, even though they know that there is someone who has the hotel number and is scamming people and did not take any action.

It's a very bad experience indeed. The breakfast was terrible and very bad. The bread was the worst, just one piece of cheese triangles and a tub of yogurt. The service was the worst, they opened the room door without permission. The bathroom was horrible, the shower fell on you. An experience I hope not to repeat.

The room I booked in a hurry through the shoe city that day was only 120 yuan including breakfast. The location is in a street next to the railway station square. It is easy to find, the transportation is convenient, and it is not noisy. After checking in, I found that the room is large, the bedding is clean, and the heat is hot. The water is strong. I have stayed in the well-known Cleopatra Hotel and Happy Hotel with more than 300. I think this Nubanier Hotel is very valuable. When I left the hotel because it was relatively early, I even packed a bag Breakfast is included, there are bread, eggs, juice, bananas, surprises. Most of the guests staying in the hotel are locals, and there are some poor foreigners like me. In short, if you can choose this hotel, don't choose Cleopatra Hotel, that hotel is too cost-effective.

Great value for price that i paid. We have all that we want in any accommodation - clean good bed, towels, toilet roll supplied, floor mat to keep bathroom dry, hot water supply 24hrs to make simple tea /coffee. just out of Aswan Train Station at 1:30am, walk in for the night. Ended up stay for 3 more nights! front desk help to arrange trip to Abu Simbel. i think we paid lowest $US20 pp in a 14 seater AC van promised 8filled. BTW simple breakfast, buns w cream cheese, jam, an egg, box juice was included in price.

Awful service, they only care about money. See you as a wallet that’s all, will kick you out before checkout time. Rooms are dirty, bathroom leaking water everywhere. No towels, no promised breakfast. Loud and noisy. Way overpriced for what you get. Stay away!

The room we stayed in was not well-illuminated. Very dim lights, otherwise a simple, standard room that's fair for its price. Critiques: Beds had spines protruding out that weren't easy on your back and spine; shower curtain was not designed properly, went up to your waist, water gushed out the bottom onto the floor, parking is NOT included, good luck finding one on the adjacent streets. However, service was good, location was perfect (few minutes away via walk from the train station and city center). This was a decent accommodation and a place to rest for nearby temples Philae and Abu Simbel.

The hotel is clean.
The room is really big and good space.
The price is little high for it's category.
The location is perfect and you are close to market, cafes, train station and Nile decks.
The staff there is kind.
Breakfast 🥞 is horrible

500 LE for the worst hotel we had in Egypt, it is clearly overpriced. I doubt locals would have paid this price. Noisy, terrible bed and sheets, the bathroom was disgusting, the roof terrace is a real dump. 2 stars because the staff was nice. You can find cheaper around the train station
