All I can say is WOW! We came on our honeymoon and got upgraded to a suit. The staff went above and beyond for us and made our stay one of the best in Egypt. From arrival to leaving everyone was super nice and assisted in anything you needed. Great service and cleanliness

We had a great experience on board the royal ruby. The staff was warm, very accommodating, and hospitable towards our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful experience. The ship was nice and clean. The restaurant was good. We were pampered and made to feel at ease throughout. The guide was excellent.

The boat is great, the staff is amazing and kind and the food excellent, especially the egyptian dishes!! It was an unforgetable experience everyone should take. My overall opinion about how lovable Egyptian are is mostly because of this cruise!

We stayed for a few nights as part of a Travel Talk tour. The rooms and ship overall are very dated now, probably from the 1980s, in need of refurbishment. The carpets were quite dusty and the rooms had a bit of that old tobacco smell to them as if they used to all be smoking rooms. The bathtub-shower had scratches on the bottom which looked like hairs but were just scratches so unable to be removed...

We took a 3 night cruise on the Jaz Jubilee as part of a longer tour. The staff aboard were well mannered and did their best to provide a 5 star service. I've been there last week for a Nile cruise with family. The boat is awesome and the crew treats you lovely. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and big. One wall is actually a window you can half open to breath the good air of Egypt and admire the big river coasts. Both water and food are safe to consume. I felt like home and never had an issue during the stay. I highly recommend this boat.

I booked a 99-square-meter room but received a 30-square-meter room instead of a suite. Do they think Chinese people are easy to exploit? Our room was big and beautiful, but it was a bit dirty. You could tell the floors were not cleaned for sometime. The shower tub would leak water, and it would spread on the floor. So if you used the toilet, you would have to step on it. The breakfast could have been better with more options. We didn’t get any options.

The room was great, the location is a bit far out from luxor town but is 100% worth it bcs you could enjoy the views of the hot air balloons overhead during breakfast. Mohra helped us well with even setting up shuttle service to the station and a hit air balloon ride in the morning (separate charge). Overall great stay, would recommend.

I’m happy to stay here and everyone here are so welcomed. Transportation to the location could be kind of difficult bue to road still not build well. Can see hot air balloon rising from balcony.

The receptionist, Ms. Mohra, was wonderful, kind, and attentive. She did everything possible to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the shower and bathtub were amazing! It was very quiet and the breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful. We could see the hot air balloons from there during breakfast. It is very updated and modern.

The room was spacious and clean, offering great value for money. The hotel staff were also very helpful. Highly recommended; the rooftop terrace offers views of the Valley of the Kings.

The hotel is starting to feel a bit dated, but that's its charm. The staff is friendly, and the heated pool is very nice. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the pool bar; the food was mediocre and we had stomach problems afterward. Breakfast was much better. Overall, it's worth staying here, but the overall impression is that this hotel isn't worth the price.

The rooms are really old and need renovation. The garden is absolutely gorgeous; I think it's even better than the old waterfall and the gardens of Mina Palace!!

The room was old, the facilities were outdated, the service was so-so, and the environment was just passable.

The food are terrible. Facilities are old with dirty bath tub. Not worth the price, better book new hotels instead

Great place to stop from the harsh Egyptian experience.  An oasis for sure great garden and fantastic service.  It’s a must do after long travels.
