Beautiful resort, located on a small island just outside Luxor. We had a family room, which were two interconnect rooms. 3 pools, of which one is (slightly) heated

There are 3 pools there and we enjoyed them, even though temperature was not warm enough we still managed to swim a little bit in infinite pool which is the biggest

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was efficient and smooth. The facilities were good, and everything worked as expected, making it a reliable choice for our overnight stay

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend Jolie Ville as a reliable and conveniently located hotel for travelers needing a comfortable and hassle-free overnight experience

I stayed at Jolie Ville with my family and had a very comfortable experience. The staff were child friendly and helpful throughout our brief stay

The hotel has an excellent location, less than 2km from Luxor Temple. You can see the Valley of the Kings and hot air balloons in the early morning from across the river. The room is spacious and the service is good.

Fantastic hotel! We even got upgraded to a partial river view room. Although it's an older property, it's very well-maintained and right on the Nile. The location is also convenient

The hotel is situated close to all facilities with tour operators generally offering pick up and drop off, which we found worked well

We also received a complimentary fruit platter upon check-in, and the front desk staff was very warm and attentive

Although the style is a bit old, it's very well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Offers views of the Nile. Both the night view and hot air balloons can be seen from the balcony

Service: The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, proactively introducing the room and arranging for us to have a room one floor higher for a better view

The hotel's ambiance is quite nice; if you have time, you can watch the sunrise and sunset over the Nile from the pool. However, the garden view bungalows don't offer much of a view from the window

There aren't many hotel options in Luxor, and this one offers the best value for a five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, the service and maintenance are excellent

Anyone who's stayed in downtown areas of other Egyptian cities will know what that means: no honking, no motorcycles, no noise – you can actually get a good night's sleep

Breakfast looks plentiful, but it's mostly sauces and cheeses. The service was attentive, but the place is definitely showing its age

Real Steigenberger! Everything is perfect, services are great, the hotel is very clean and quiet

Just that they can’t assist us to contact our transporter from Luxor to Hurghada due to their protocol. Apparently they have their in house service

It’s one of the best examples of Suzhou’s traditional garden design, combining nature and art in a harmonious way. If you’re in Suzhou, it’s definitely worth a visit

There are neatly arranged lounge chairs by the outdoor swimming pool, and lying on them to sunbathe in the afternoon is the perfect cure for travel fatigue

Also, the hotel is a bit old, so the facilities and cleanliness are just average, but it's still livable. The balcony opens up to a pool view facing the Nile River, and that alone makes it worth it

The staff were incredibly warm and chatty, which was a huge plus. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, and the soundproofing isn't great; the street-facing rooms can be quite noisy, though thankfully, it was clean

The rooms are well appointed, spacious and clean with attention to detail. The pool is enjoyable with a stunning view of the Nile. Best of all, is the sunset view from the hotel overlooking the Nile

The hotel's overall ambiance is great, and the breakfast spread is exceptionally rich and delicious. It's comfortable and cozy, definitely a worthwhile choice! The transportation is also very convenient

The room and facilities were lovely, and all the staff members were excellent and could not do enough for you. We love the pool area and the views to the Nile were stunning. Restaurants were good, we tried them all

The environment is great, and the Nile view is absolutely beautiful! The room is clean and tidy! Waking up early to enjoy breakfast while watching the hot air balloons rise over the Valley of the Kings across the river is indeed a wonderful experience!

The river view room really has an unbeatable environment. You can watch the sunrise, sunset, and hot air balloons from the room. The interior design is also beautiful, with a European-style flair

The Nile view is absolutely stunning, and the soundproofing is good. The room is a bit old, but the breakfast is delicious.

I really enjoyed staying at Iberotel. I spent almost all of my time in Luxor at the hotel. I enjoyed the sunset every day

For if you want a quiet place on the east bank, close to the ferry, clean, great bed, Nile view room means sun on the balcony, great pool, average breakfast.. good price/quality..

Is not a fancy hotel but is perfect, clean and great service. Location is very good, near the Luxor Temple and plenty of taxis at the doorstep

They have a Travel agency which works very good (a bit pricey) and accomodate to your needs providing good service. Nice swimming pool, gym and massage. Breakfast is great, vegetarian options are plenty

All round an extremely enjoyable stay! I loved the location and the staff, which made my time in Luxor very pleasant. The rooms too are great and the prices are great value for money.

Sayed Abrahim at the poolside bar was a wonderful host. A good restaurant (unlike the current one), a (working) coffee machine and a lift that doesn’t scare you to death would be a marvelous addition

The service very good especially our tour guide mustafa, he so kind and very helpful he help us to buy the ticket and treat us like his own family. Also the front desk sister salma very friendly and kind

Had lunch buffet. Good choices & excellent quality. Very crispy , fresh salads. Main dishes are tasty. Overall is good. Service could be more professional, yet is nice & friendly.

The rooms were cold; I stayed in December, there was no kettle, and the air conditioning didn't work. However, they brought a warm blanket, and the staff responded very quickly to my requests

The hotel environment is beautiful, and it only takes about 7 minutes to walk to Luxor Temple from the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast was decent, but unfortunately, there was no meat

Best location ( walkable distance to Luxor Temple) , market place and Nile river opposite to the hotel. Also I had dinner in the Palace and it was mouth watering, mostly had French cuisines and wines

This is a legendary hotel with a century of history! After visiting its historic corridors, you'll be amazed by its exquisite elegance and the classical beauty it exudes everywhere

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the pool bar; the food was mediocre and we had stomach problems afterward. Overall, it's worth staying here, but the overall impression is that this hotel isn't worth the price

Really an incredible experience. Everyone from the reception, to the breakfast service to the pool and room service were exceptional. They made us feel welcome, at home and helped us enjoying our stay

The Sofitel Winter Palace is one of the most grand and beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in! The hotel is massive with really high ceilings and is very ornate! The staff is very courteous and friendly helping you out in any way they can

The room was clean, and the Nile view room offered a beautiful view of the Nile and the opposite bank. There seemed to be Wi-Fi, but the signal was so weak that I didn't use it

There was no hot water in the shower, and even when I checked with the front desk, they said there was no hot water, so be careful. There are several delicious restaurants in the area

Rooms are fairly good size. Hot water. AC works.luggage storage after chk out.water 15 pounds, coke small 20 pounds EGP. No breakfast. No coffee/ tea.

The New Pola Hotel is a good choice, especially if you value cleanliness and a GREAT internet connection. The Nile view is also a big plus. However, the significant noise from the road is a serious drawback

I had pre-booked a hot air balloon tour through a major website while still in Japan. I woke up at 3 AM and waited in the hotel lobby, but no one came

The staff at the Nile Compound are the best. They are very welcoming and they provide really good service. The property itself is huge with loads of beautiful decorations. The view at the Nile is excellent

It's tired, and I'm not sure you would really want to use the pool! The room was essentially windowless, as you just looked at a brick wall. The breakfast room was in the basement, and was not great

We stayed here for a total of 3 days. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. For a 3 star hotel it's above average. Good for the money you pay for. I only didn't like the breakfast that much

I liked my 2 day stay, nice poeple. Yeah there are scammers waiting outside but thats how egypt is and not the hotels fault, air conditioner sometimes stopped working, they will fix it for you in just a minute if you ask

The location is fantastic, so good that you can walk to practically anywhere you want to go. A key tip: the hotel is only 500 meters from the bus station, so there's no need to take a taxi.

Although we arrived earlier than the check-in time, we were shown to our room immediately. The bathroom was spacious and clean

To be honest, I think I would have been more satisfied if I had directly negotiated with the boatman along the Nile at the time of the scenery I wanted to see. Hot water came out well and the water pressure was perfect

The hotel will arrange anything, including felucca, balloon, and transfer to the ruins. I had already booked the balloon and transfer to the ruins, so they arranged the felucca, but the time

The breakfast wasn’t great but understandable as they couldn’t do their full spread as there wasn’t enough guests to accommodate but it was adequate enough with Egg’s, bread, fruit with coffee and tea, I didnt get to check the rooftop restaurant as i didn’t want them to open due to its quietness, They did accommodate me with a beer on arrival and later by the pool

It was great! The hotel is right by the Nile River, and the owner and staff were very kind. They even upgraded us to a larger room when they saw we had a child! We'll definitely come again!!!

The rooftop restaurant is also worth mentioning; you can enjoy dinner there in the evening with a wonderful view. There's a pool, but it was cold in February

No Wifi in room but great by the pool area. Also the place a pretty dusty but everywhere in Egypt virtually was so this was not a problem, although the room was very clean with great air conditioning and view of the Nile

As for drawbacks, the towels and bedding could use an update

Most importantly, the hotel is incredibly photogenic, with tasteful and aesthetically pleasing interior design. It's like a castle, and you can take a boat to the east bank; it's situated on the west bank of the Nile

The hotel boasts distinctive decor, warm service, beautiful architecture, exclusive Nile River views, a private dock and ferry terminal, but its location is somewhat remote and not very convenient to access by taxi.

Environment: The previous rooms were quite comfortable, very peaceful in the mornings and evenings. Service: One of the breakfast staff members was very helpful and tipping is acceptable

Cleanliness: A very new hotel with a very comfortable overall environment. There are over 20 staff members for the 20 rooms. Facilities: Comfortable and fully equipped

If you're looking for the best hotel in Luxor, it's Geoffrey's Palace. The butler is excellent and very classy

The regular price isn't high, but it's truly beautiful
