Palm Royale Resort - Soma Bay in Hurghada

The hotel has significantly improved its services since our last stay in February. The reception desk is working perfectly. The improvements in the restaurants are also worth appreciating. At the Stella restaurant, the dinner menu is varied and of good quality. This is the work of the new chef. We were also very warmly welcomed in the Asian restaurant. The entertainment programs are much more interesting and encourage children and adults to join in the fun. We recommend it.

I’m almost afraid to recommend this hotel… because I might not find a free room the next time I come back! 😉
I’ve stayed here more than once, and every single visit has been absolutely excellent — both the standard of the rooms and the service are consistently top-notch.
During my stay I had an issue with the guide from an organized tour, and the hotel manager handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a smile. Truly outstanding service.
The hotel itself offers plenty of attractions, fantastic themed restaurants, and lots of small details that make every stay memorable.
Highly, highly recommended — even if I’m risking making it harder for myself to book again!

Overall a nice hotel. The rooms are very old and definitely need a renovation. The beds are good btw.
At the reception the girl always says, “I have e very nice room for you”, but in reality all the rooms are old and nothing special.
The food is good and there is enough choice. Most of the staff is friendly. Giving some tip money helps here and there.

The location is stunning, the beach and the sea so clean. The reception and the lobbies look like museum. The stuff is super friendly and they really do a lot of activities to engage the tourists: every day they have another fun show like dance show, circuses, street festival, aqua gym, belly dance. A resort full of facilities, which is making the experience unforgettable.
The food was not my favorite, but it is about every person taste and preference. The cleaning service in the room can be improved. I warmly recommend this place for families and for people which want to enjoy quiet and luxury places.

Beautiful clean hotel with very helpful staff. They were very polite and kind especially to my little daughter. The rooms were always beautifully cleaned and they prepared towel animals for my daughter. We liked the two waiters who were always attentive to us and were very friendly, helpful and I never had to wait for a drink. A large selection of delicious food. There were themed dinners every day. For us it was an excellent choice of hotel and we would be happy to return.

This is one of the most wonderful hotels ever. Rooms are clean and the food is very delicious. Everyone is so kind and polite. We are so grateful to the medical staff with Dr Mohamed Ali, who was nice and kind to us and gave us the best treatment.

We stayed 9 nights at the Palm Royale Resort following a recommendation from friends. Our children are 7 and 9. We all had a very relaxed holiday. The sea is beautiful. We booked two trips; one snorkeling which was amazing. We saw so money different fish. The second was a speed boat to look for dolphins. The kids loved it. And we saw between 20-30 dolphins numerous times and was even able to jump in and snorkel with them under our feet at one point. Truly magical. Thank you to Mr Egypt and Abo Raslan from Aqua Center for arranging both trips. Thank you to Waled for delicious fresh doughnuts each morning and Marwan for his lunch time toasties which my son loved. Our best meal was in El Tannour. We rolled out after some delicious food. Was well looked after by Mohamed Yousef. Fabulous evening. The entertainment team were all lovely and great to talk to. The live singers were great to listen to in the evening. Only comment could be to look at the performers that were the main evening entertainment. The kids were not to impressed. Late check out was available on the day so keeping our room until we left was so helpful. If your looking for a relaxed break, it's a perfect place to go in a more quiet part of Egypt.

The best resort I have enjoyed my vacation ever in Egypt. Can't wait to come back soon.

Form the first step on the hotel you can obviously see the elegance around you and every thing is clean as you wish.
I booked a garden view room and I get a club room as you can see in photos.
The food in the main restaurant Stella is really delicious and fresh .
They celebrate my birthday at the Greek A La Cart restaurant for free .
The best sandy beach on Red Sea in Egypt , which makes you enjoy your day .
Active Animation team maks your time on beach or at the night party wonderful.
Finally, special thanks to the very friendly staff of all departments of the resort and the secret Heros " the GARDENERS " whom cares about every meter of the wonderful garden .

It was our first time in Egypt at the Palm Royale and we were pleasantly surprised! We particularly loved Mohsen Lahzy and Akram Email. They are friendly, accommodating and very nice. From the very first day they looked after our physical well-being. We knew that work was being done on the hotel and that the pool was closed. But who wants to lie by the pool when you have one of the most beautiful beaches in the bay? The food was very good and the various restaurants that we could visit three times a week completely met our expectations. Greek, Italian, Lebanese and Asian it was simply delicious and the ambience was fantastic. The daily buffet, whether morning, lunch or evening, was extensive and delicious. We particularly liked the beef and lamb dishes; they were simply delicious. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a special flair; great attention is always paid to cleanliness and hygiene. We will definitely come back.
