So I did not read clearly when booking - all meals included, with beers / alcohol / snacks available basically at all time. The facilities (beaches and pools) were great as well. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The animation team was fantastic – always friendly, full of energy, and made every activity so much fun. The food was also excellent with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

No frills, well run hotel, which has everything you need and is very well located. Everyone does their job diligently, all the staff are very hardworking. I especially appreciated Ali at the reception desk, an elegant man, with presence, but very kind and helpful. Thank you to the hotel for the cake offered for my birthday, it was a wonderful surprise! Very old room stock. Many problems inside the rooms. The general area is normal, the beach is private and the sun loungers with umbrellas are of the old format. Bed linen and towels have not been changed, probably for several years. The staff is friendly, the cuisine is tolerable, but there are still wishes for improvement of cleanliness. I liked everything! The food was plentiful, lots of different dishes, everything fresh and tasty. The sea is super! The very center, there is where to walk. The embankment in the marina is 10 minutes walk away. The rooms are normal. Linen, towels are fresh. I recommend the hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Excellent location - on the central Sheraton street, next to a pedestrian street. Private beach with excellent access to the sea, several swimming pools. A variety of food, there is a cafe on the beach.

I had so much fun the place is very clean people there are very nice as well as the team animation we spoke to G and Amal they are a nice people and fun to be around food is also a 10/10 chefs were kind as well overall hotel service view community food 10/10 definitely will go again!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff attentive but not intrusive. The beach beautiful, with lots of sunbeds with pretty shades. The food in the restaurant was well presented and varied. Only a choice of two restaurants, but we found out just before we left that guests can also eat at certain other hotels in the area.

We just checked out from our trip to Club Paradiso in El Gouna, and we're already dreaming of going back! What really made it special wasn't just the beautiful location, but the absolutely wonderful people who work there. A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone for your hard work and kindness.
