The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

The hotel is surrounded by a small piece of sea, which is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. When I flew from Cairo to Hurghada, I could see the hotel at a glance

We've never experienced any discrimination; in fact, they've always been incredibly accommodating. The front desk often gives us priority check-in, and the lemon tea in the lobby is exceptionally good

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

It's a very beautiful hotel with numerous tea and dessert lounges, unlimited drinks, multiple swimming pools, and a private beach. The hotel includes meals and accommodation

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

I was impressed by the attitude of the service staff. They are not only enthusiastic about children, but also tease them from time to time, making them laugh constantly

The only swimming option is the hotel’s inner lagoon, which is about 5 meters deep and suitable only for confident swimmers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though a bit worn out with time

Our vacation was great, with a beautiful reef, lots of fish, and plenty to do. The rooms are nice, but only the new ones. The older part of the hotel made a worse impression

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us about the extensive renovations, so the drills and other noises significantly disturbed our relaxation. The service was super, the staff deserve a medal!

The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel for people of all ages

Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. So many things to do around including pools, aqua yoga, gym, water park etc

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

They both had great food and drinks, and great service! Snorkelling at the house reef is just amazing! Just out of the beach you have access to an incredible diversity of fishes and colourful corals! Especial greetings to the lifeguards who were always nice to talk to, and gave us advices on how to stay safe

During the trip, the driver used his phone while driving, to translate, and pressure us to tip him at the airport, saying things like "usually they tip me 15eur but it depends on your integrity" and other similar stuff

Everything perfect! The staff is so attentive, kind, and funny! Always in a good vibe, from the reception desk, to the animation team, restaurants, bars, house keeping, and everyone we met there

All the staff were excellent, especially Mustafa Hamza, who was both very polite and funny. The reefs are fantastic; you swim among colorful fish. It's a hotel we would definitely choose again

By comparison, the food at another hotel I stayed at previously (Aquaviva) was much better. That said, the Greek restaurant more than made up for it - the food there was excellent

The sea is also good close to shore with lots of fish, children will be delighted with such a number and variety of fish. The food is delicious three meals a day, buffet style

Bar staff were awesome a little tip goes a long way, the entertainment was great, really enjoyed the beach show which had loads of people in random costumes, had loads of games you could play for free, overall great place lovely location and staff

We just got back, the hotel and the team were amazing, recommend the smaller pool as it's heated, no mad rush to get sun beds, breakfast was on till late so could fully relax

Food was good, a bit the same most nights but it was tasty and we went out to Marina twice to break it up

The pool was nice and clean however the sea isn't best for swimming maybe snorkeling thought as the fish and coral reefs are beautiful! Didn't get to use the spa dude to covid-19

The hotel is small, the beach is average, the food is all white food, the restaurant we booked is a Spanish restaurant which is also average. There is a very small area for children to play, but it requires a fee

The pools are superb, and you can stand almost everywhere. The entertainment team is great and not intrusive. There are shops opposite the hotel, and a shopping center nearby for those who enjoy shopping

Also just wandering around the property and exploring and going to the pools and Beach is just as fun! The food was incredible, the spa is superb. Egyptian hamam!!!! I wish we had more time here!!! Simply incredible!

Amazingly friendly staff with events on site every day and evening if you want to do them and if you don't you can do your own thing. Plenty of excursions to do if you wish

After opening the can of coke it tasted funny,I checked the date and it was out of date so I checked the sprite and that was out of date also Large water was replaced if you finished the bottle

The hotel was beautiful and clean the staff were very friendly. A warm welcome from the reception. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday. Towels were only changed once a day

If you wanted a small bottle of water you had to go to a bar. There was no iron or ironing board no slippers or dressing gown in the room

While I have been disappointed by one of the worst massage of my life, my husband loved the massage and the attention he had, so I guess your experience there depends on the therapist you get

We had massages (first ever) so was nervous but the staff made it a very good experience and prices are very reasonable. Food is great, lots to choose from and a different theme each night

We had a great stay at the hotel with only a few issues. The hotel is at a lovely location on the Makadi Bay with a great beach. The food was excellent with the main buffet doing different themes every night

The gentle sea breeze and the golden sunset were incredibly soothing, and waking up to a sky full of morning glow was pure bliss. The interior decor was simple yet grand, creating a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere

Staying at the Tianweng Seashore Castle Business Suite was an experience filled with tenderness and poetic charm. The room was spacious and elegant, with an endless blue sea right outside the window

Had a fantastic experience! Two days simply weren't enough, I'd say a minimum of three to five days is needed, and a full week would be perfect! Make sure to bring a snorkeling mask, the ocean here is stunning and incredibly picturesque, great for photos! I saw some reviews mentioning discrimination, but I believe it's on a case-by-case basis; we didn't encounter any issues

Wonderful Stay – Once Again! Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting

If there is anything to mention for improvement, it would be the volleyball court. A better ball would be great, and improved lighting in the evening would make playing much easier

The best time to visit between December and April the weather is much sunnier than in the European summer. We will coming back in spring igen. Advise to the hotel renovate the bathroom and add two more stars

The staff at Rose Restaurant were so kind and would have lovely conversations with me and my family everyday (I did not catch their names but there were two specific workers, one who would take our dirty plates and one who would take our glass’s and bring us drinks, who were both incredible)
