Hotels All-inclusive in Hurghada

Staff were helpful, attentive, and always around when needed. The all-inclusive was the cherry on the top - the kids made the most of the icecreams and soda and desserts while we enjoyed our non-stop supply of caffeine

Many attractions like a water park, swimming pools (some with heated water), amusement park, VR devices, bikes, roller skates, small museum & great food served in 11 restaurants (and few additional snack bars) - all together and much more

Thr rooms were clean and spacious - drinks and fruits are delivered everyday to the room. The park was amazing! There were rides for all ages. As a family of 4, we had a ball

Very big hotel and I mean very very big. Bumper cars which I think was the best amusement for all ages in this hotel. Plenty of restaurants with variety of food. Food is good but mainly plain

Not much taste to it exept Tagine restaurant which was proper tasty egiptian food. Grilled kebabs were also good and you could find them pretty much every day in different restaurants

The staff were very friendly towards Chinese guests, unlike many hotels that show a subtle preference for European guests (not severe discrimination, but they tend to favor Europeans, which I understand due to spending habits)

Tip: if you want to tip them, keep in mind that they cannot make use of euro coins (bank won't accept them), so maybe change the coins for them with bills or Egyption pounds

Food was delicious and a lot of choice! The people who work at the resort (cleaning, service and cooking) were all very helpfull and friendly

Also, people with dissabilities can go to the toilet at as many places as non-disabled people, you don't see that often

When it comes to food, there are three main restaurants located across the different areas, several bars, and even a bakery dedicated to desserts (my favorite spot!)

Nice beach, where you can stay at a sister hotel, but you need to bring your own towels there, bc they have not enough

Some restaurants were not available with our wristbands (not referring to the à la carte options), beach access through other hotel but not the bar/pools in that hotel

The club suite I booked had a truly stunning view, but it was quite far from the restaurant and check-in area, requiring a considerable amount of walking and waiting for the shuttle bus

The hotel is beautiful and spacious. Check-in and check-out services are very efficient. There's an app called Desert Rose that you can download to check out the hotel's various arrangements and facilities

I absolutely loved the decor and landscaping of the common areas; it truly gave me a wonderful feeling of seeing roses blooming in the desert! The photos show the view from our room's balcony

If you can accept the older facilities (they haven't been renovated here yet), then this is all yours!

The resort is very comfortable, and the room is clean and spacious!!

Overall, it's a very cost-effective hotel and highly recommended

We got really bored of the food so we decided to eat out for dinner mainly (there’s really good restaurants nearby!) The pools were nice but water wasn’t heated and we went in February so it would’ve been nice

Personally we didn’t see the point in tipping waters as we were getting everything for ourselves including drinks coffee food… Personally I wouldn’t revisit this hotel but the experience was nice

We had all inclusive and food wise honestly I wasn’t a fan it was just the same things everyday

Lunch we never bothered to go as we didn’t like the options apart from the chicken nuggets soup and chicken (we are not picky eaters btw) Dinner we would always have soup , there would be roast turkey/chicken/beef/lamb The seafood option would be shrimp/paella or something similar

What brings down the rating is that although there were signs saying that sunbeds cannot be reserved, at 8-9 am most of the sunbeds were covered with towels

Breakfast you’d have omelette made to your request, all types of fresh bread, veg, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, pancakes and cereal

There are many attractions, including boats that travel between the restaurants and the beach – which is great. The rooms and their amenities are very nice, and they are cleaned daily – excellent

One more thing that really irritated me: it was hard to enjoy a proper meal because the waiters would clear the plates before we had even finished – quite annoying. Overall, I recommend it, but…

A wonderful hotel with beautiful grounds and attentive staff. An excellent buffet, and a heated pool open in the winter.

The food is boring, repetitive, and the same regardless of the day of the week. For fans of chicken, fries, and pizza, it will be fine. However, I expected something more from a five-star hotel

A very nice hotel, located right by the beach. Everyone can find something for themselves here. There are swimming pools, a beach, and a pier from which you can go down and swim in the sea

Maybe hire a coach or someone for sparring

Best all inclusive deal, elaborate arrangements and excellent service . Great place for families and couples/ groups

Drinks are available everywhere and (as always in Egypt) for one dollar they are much better than usual 😂 What we missed: more attention from the animation team and additional activities in the hotel that someone would bring to our attention

Our vacation was great, with a beautiful reef, lots of fish, and plenty to do. The rooms are nice, but only the new ones. The older part of the hotel made a worse impression

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us about the extensive renovations, so the drills and other noises significantly disturbed our relaxation. The service was super, the staff deserve a medal!

What we definitely don't like (but we know that this is standard in this part of the world and the hotel faces a difficult task to change it quickly) - serving drinks in single-use, small, plastic cups that end up with the wind in the sea, in the desert and hit the heads of guests practicing yoga

I had a really enjoyable stay at Riviera Aqua Park. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and great for families, especially with the aqua park being such a fun highlight

The daytime activities were fun, and the evening shows were entertaining and well-organised. Their enthusiasm really created a great atmosphere around the hotel

The pools were always lively, and there was plenty to do during the day. What truly made the experience special was the entertainment team

The staff overall were helpful and welcoming, and the food offered a good variety with something for everyone

The efficiency of the staff at the main restaurant was lacking speed and therefore long queues occured. Simple adjustments could increase speed threefold

We had to change because the first one was nearby the disco and therefore very noisy after 11pm. The second room was perfect, quiet and sunny. The pools are great and most of the staff was very friendly

Good hotel overall, food is good, lots of things to do and the evening program is nice. Service is quite good, but markedly better when the hotel isn’t fully booked

Avoid the waterslides, they’re not entirely safe, had an accident there ourselves because they weren’t tuned correctly. You won’t regret booking it, but there are minor annoyances

We had a very pleasant stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic. We booked windsurfing and snorkling with the hotel and both experiences were great

Unlimited food menu is another add on to the whole show where anyone can enjoy sweet and delicious pastries, variety of coffees, breads, soft drinks, beer etc

The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel for people of all ages

Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. So many things to do around including pools, aqua yoga, gym, water park etc

The hotel is a large resort with five restaurants, numerous bars and lounges. All meals are included in the room rate

The room faces the water park with water slides, which my 10-year-old loved. The all-inclusive restaurant has three large lobbies and a beachfront bar. Dinner is good, but brunch is just average

I also really liked the nature-friendly atmosphere with lots of birds flying around. Five stars for the all-inclusive service is not enough. ^^ I had a great time and am leaving

There are a huge number of Caucasian tourists (Europeans and Americans) and very few Asian tourists. The staff is also plentiful, and every waiter is very friendly and welcoming, and they don't solicit tips

The facilities are quite complete overall, with its own beach. The Red Sea is beautiful, but you have to walk there; the sand is quite coarse, so you need to wear shoes

Entertainment and facilities are plentiful; the hotel has its own beach and yachts for snorkeling trips (priced at 60 Egyptian pounds per person)

Food is a great selection at every meal and drinks are good and plentiful, service is good

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

Everything perfect! The staff is so attentive, kind, and funny! Always in a good vibe, from the reception desk, to the animation team, restaurants, bars, house keeping, and everyone we met there

Food and catering is exceptional at any level of all-inclusive package. The main restaurants offer a huge selection of fresh, appetising dishes

All the staff were excellent, especially Mustafa Hamza, who was both very polite and funny. The reefs are fantastic; you swim among colorful fish. It's a hotel we would definitely choose again

They both had great food and drinks, and great service! Snorkelling at the house reef is just amazing! Just out of the beach you have access to an incredible diversity of fishes and colourful corals! Especial greetings to the lifeguards who were always nice to talk to, and gave us advices on how to stay safe

Whether you are by the pool, In a restaurant, in the lobby, at the beach or in your room, they’re so unbelievably helpful

Ali ~ Baba We have traveled to Egypt a few times now and this hotel was slightly more dated inside to others we have stayed BUT the staff ,facilities , food and location has been the BEST ! The kids and me and my partner didn’t want to come home

The animation team are FAB ! So friendly. We met lots of lovely people working here. And we would 100% reccomened staying here

The slides amazing so much fun for all the family ! The kids club also great my kids loved it. Beach a little outch to walk out in so would advise sea shoes but beautiful beach area and lots of fish to see

The transfer went smoothly and we soon arrived at the hotel in time for a couple of drinks before dinner. Experience at reception was great and were given a room upgrade as returning guests

The room was overlooking the pool and close to the restaurants which we requested as previously we had a sea view room which meant a very long walk to the reception area

The sea is clear and teeming with life if you care to look. The restaurants are very good, with a good standard of cuisine. Plenty of shops to pick up souvenirs or basic essentials

The activities available here are fantastic and impressively well organized. There’s always something enjoyable to take part in, whether you’re in the mood for something adventurous, relaxing, or creative

The food is absolutely outstanding — every dish is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell that the kitchen team puts a lot of care and passion into every meal

The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean, with everything working exactly as it should

But here, if you want to buy it, it’s also expensive! In April, the pool was no longer heated, and this was because we experienced 4 days of strong wind. Well, for me it’s a very long pontoon

The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and very cozy, providing everything you need for a perfect stay

One of the waiters (unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but he was always working during the main meals) was incredibly kind and welcoming. Every time he saw me, he greeted me with a huge, sincere smile

Room is great, and the facilities are incredible for families. Staff are soo helpful and accommodating with everything you need. Restaurants are really good. Nader from animation team is great.

He took such good care of me — bringing drinks, replacing my small juice glass with a large one without even being asked, and insisting on serving me so I didn't have to go to the bar myself

Really lovely beach, free use of sunbeds and the staff bring any drinks to you. It always felt clean and well maintained. The only downside for us was the condition of our room

I stayed at Gravity Hotel from February 28th to March 7th, 2026, and I want to share my warmest memories. I was especially impressed by the exceptional service at La Wien restaurant

Room was perfect, food was amazing and the staff were second to none. Its a large complex but more like a village with plenty of bars, restaurants and pools

I originally wanted to try all of the dozen restaurants, but I went to the best Asian restaurant first, and the rest were boring

We very enjoyed our stay in Alf Leila Wa Leila. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, but could be more variety and also could be more nonalcohol drinks in the offer

The room was average, a bit old, and the faucet was not working. The Asian restaurant was really delicious

I think it could be good idea to organize some small area for nonsmoker guests at the some pool ;) Program of entertainements/shows was very rich, but somethimes we had problem to find appropiate stage and it was a little bit annoying for us

We heard that here there are some disco parties at the evenings but frankly speaking we couldn't find it 🙈 Thank you also for the fruits and beverages which we got in our room :) We spent here very nice week

Great hotel, staff is very kind and helpful. Various buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner but also have other A La Carte restaurants on site. Clean, great sized room with balcony

Also after we checked out we had ordered a taxi for us (not with the hotel) and he was waiting outside by the front gate. I have provided the car registration on reception so they can let the driver in, but they didnt

(Which is quite far with all your luggages) but we waited 10 minutes and nobody came, but I have told reception the driver is already waiting for us but they didnt seem to care

We only stayed 3 nights and didnt spend lots of time in the room, so it was okay but if you are coming for longer be sure to request a room away from the lifts

Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools

They said they cant let anyone in who is not with the hotel but will provide us a car with driver to the fromt gate

Everything at this hotel is fantastic, the staff are very attentive and friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, heated pool is luxurious, animation team are brilliant always trying to get everyone involved and do so much, food is amazing no matter what restaurant you go too

Wow! What a hotel! We are a family of 8 and all of us love it! The animation team is outstanding! Especially jessie ! Really made a fuss of the little ones :) the service is amazing you dont have to lift a finger! We will definitely be back!

Sunrise-Aqua Joy is the name of this Hotel. We did all inclusive, which I think is the only option here. The food was ok, not exactly mind blowing,but could have been worse

Very nice place for family and kids, with well-organized dining buffet and the swimming pools are very clean and organized. you need no worries about food. the thing that I did not like is the room service

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive

sheets were not changed until I asked. trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out. little things but it does matter. though I liked being there and sure will do it again and again

They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around

The hotel has three à la carte restaurants: Mexican, Italian, and Indian. A huge advantage is the beautiful coral reef – perfect for snorkeling or diving. Daily entertainment is organized for both children and adults

Furniture a bit outdated! Unfortunately, evening entertainment was outside under a tent and very cold! There was no playground for children where they could play and would have disturbed the show! Food was good and plentiful
