Hotels All-inclusive in Hurghada

The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available across several restaurants. The activities were outstanding, we especially enjoyed the bikes, VR games, and bumper cars

It is necessary to look carefully at the beach area and arrange it to befit the same distinguished level we found in the hotel. But I confirm again that it was a unique experience that should be repeated!

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff had an excellent attitude. There were so many restaurants with great food options. The fruit was fantastic, and drinks were all-inclusive. The water park was also really fun

I just had the most wonderful family vacation at a truly kid-friendly resort! 🏖️ The food choices were absolutely fantastic, catering to everyone's taste buds, which made meal times a breeze

We were greeted with such warmth from the moment we arrived, making us feel instantly at home. The location itself is spectacular, with stunning views and perfect weather for all our outdoor adventures

Tip: if you want to tip them, keep in mind that they cannot make use of euro coins (bank won't accept them), so maybe change the coins for them with bills or Egyption pounds

Food was delicious and a lot of choice! The people who work at the resort (cleaning, service and cooking) were all very helpfull and friendly

Also, people with dissabilities can go to the toilet at as many places as non-disabled people, you don't see that often

When it comes to food, there are three main restaurants located across the different areas, several bars, and even a bakery dedicated to desserts (my favorite spot!)

Nice beach, where you can stay at a sister hotel, but you need to bring your own towels there, bc they have not enough

Some restaurants were not available with our wristbands (not referring to the à la carte options), beach access through other hotel but not the bar/pools in that hotel

This is my kids' favorite hotel, and we've stayed here many times. The hotel facilities and services keep getting better. The large green areas are very comfortable

It's a very beautiful hotel with numerous tea and dessert lounges, unlimited drinks, multiple swimming pools, and a private beach. The hotel includes meals and accommodation

Love it, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and we checked in early. We booked an all-inclusive meal, and we can go to the restaurant to eat after checking in

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

We've never experienced any discrimination; in fact, they've always been incredibly accommodating. The front desk often gives us priority check-in, and the lemon tea in the lobby is exceptionally good

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

The food and drinks available for all inclusive guests are great, Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch & dinner from 6am to 12am. There are snacks available throughout the day too

Having access to Aqua Vista, Aqua Blue, Aquapark and the Beach Resort means you are not restricted to doing the same thing each day. Each area has their own qualities, and every area is spotlessly clean

But the main thing that made this a great holiday experience was the staff. They are an absolute credit to Pickalbatross and really make it one of the stand-out resorts

Overall, while there were some highlights like cleanliness and certain staff members, significant improvements are needed in service consistency, amenities, dining, entertainment, and connectivity to deliver a truly satisfying guest experience

Overall it was an excellent experience. The rooms are spacious, modern and well maintained

Evening entertainment was almost non-existent, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Wi-Fi: Connectivity was poor, with frequent disconnections and slow speeds, making work and streaming nearly impossible

So Chinese stomachs can choose two meals and go out to eat some seafood to adjust (the hotel all-inclusive package does not include seafood). Overall, it's OK, and the kids also had a lot of fun

My child was bitten 16 times on his face on the first night, and both hands were swollen (we also beat mosquitoes for half a night and killed 5!). We booked a three-meal all-inclusive package

The hotel has all the facilities, whether it is a restaurant, entertainment or leisure, it is very convenient. Especially for families with children, everything here seems so considerate

The main restaurant has several restaurants, and there is also a Chinese restaurant. There are Chinese people in the restaurant. This hotel is super enthusiastic towards Chinese people~

I don't know if it's because of this season, there are so many mosquitoes in the hotel! Especially if you have travel plans in the near future, you must bring mosquito repellent items! Of course, you can also ask housekeeping to provide mosquito repellent

Drinks are available everywhere and (as always in Egypt) for one dollar they are much better than usual 😂 What we missed: more attention from the animation team and additional activities in the hotel that someone would bring to our attention

Our vacation was great, with a beautiful reef, lots of fish, and plenty to do. The rooms are nice, but only the new ones. The older part of the hotel made a worse impression

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us about the extensive renovations, so the drills and other noises significantly disturbed our relaxation. The service was super, the staff deserve a medal!

What we definitely don't like (but we know that this is standard in this part of the world and the hotel faces a difficult task to change it quickly) - serving drinks in single-use, small, plastic cups that end up with the wind in the sea, in the desert and hit the heads of guests practicing yoga

Everything at this hotel is fantastic, the staff are very attentive and friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, heated pool is luxurious, animation team are brilliant always trying to get everyone involved and do so much, food is amazing no matter what restaurant you go too

Wow! What a hotel! We are a family of 8 and all of us love it! The animation team is outstanding! Especially jessie ! Really made a fuss of the little ones :) the service is amazing you dont have to lift a finger! We will definitely be back!

The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel for people of all ages

Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. So many things to do around including pools, aqua yoga, gym, water park etc

Bar staff were awesome a little tip goes a long way, the entertainment was great, really enjoyed the beach show which had loads of people in random costumes, had loads of games you could play for free, overall great place lovely location and staff

The food in the restaurant is good, it could be better, but the drinks are good too. We enjoyed the rest of the hotel, our room had been recently renovated

People in there are so nice, rooms almost perfect, good quality of food and drinks, I’ll recommend it to everyone who want to visit Egypt, trust me you have so much to see there! Also the events there are awesome! You’ll never get bored, it is of course optional so don’t force yourself if you prefer laying and sunbathing ❤️

Whether you are by the pool, In a restaurant, in the lobby, at the beach or in your room, they’re so unbelievably helpful

We had a good time at Jardin Aqua Resort! The food was amazing, varied, and really delicious. The evening shows were super fun, with great performances. The Aqua Park is fantastic, very fun for the kids

Hello, We had the opportunity to stay for 15 days at Hawaii Le Jardin Aqua Park Hurghada. Coming here as a family, I can say with all my sincerity that everything was wonderful

Great hotel, staff is very kind and helpful. Various buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner but also have other A La Carte restaurants on site. Clean, great sized room with balcony

The hotel stands out with its prime location, excellent service, cleanliness, friendly staff, outstanding restaurant offering delicious food, diverse pools, aqua park, and the amazing beach

Also after we checked out we had ordered a taxi for us (not with the hotel) and he was waiting outside by the front gate. I have provided the car registration on reception so they can let the driver in, but they didnt

(Which is quite far with all your luggages) but we waited 10 minutes and nobody came, but I have told reception the driver is already waiting for us but they didnt seem to care

We only stayed 3 nights and didnt spend lots of time in the room, so it was okay but if you are coming for longer be sure to request a room away from the lifts

Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools

The sea is clear and teeming with life if you care to look. The restaurants are very good, with a good standard of cuisine. Plenty of shops to pick up souvenirs or basic essentials

But here, if you want to buy it, it’s also expensive! In April, the pool was no longer heated, and this was because we experienced 4 days of strong wind. Well, for me it’s a very long pontoon

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive

The open buffet was great with a few special touches at the breakfast buffet, like the fresh baked traditional bread, which was always worth the wait and the fresh egg station, which is food and a show where the chef demonstrates his cooking mastery in flipping omelets in the air

The pools are superb, and you can stand almost everywhere. The entertainment team is great and not intrusive. There are shops opposite the hotel, and a shopping center nearby for those who enjoy shopping

Depending on how long u stayed we were given two vouchers for two restaurants but if we wanted to go again we would have to pay

All food was good at all restaurants but it became annoying when staff were coming around asking if we wanted to book other restaurants

Also just wandering around the property and exploring and going to the pools and Beach is just as fun! The food was incredible, the spa is superb. Egyptian hamam!!!! I wish we had more time here!!! Simply incredible!

Amazingly friendly staff with events on site every day and evening if you want to do them and if you don't you can do your own thing. Plenty of excursions to do if you wish
