It is necessary to look carefully at the beach area and arrange it to befit the same distinguished level we found in the hotel. But I confirm again that it was a unique experience that should be repeated!

Absolutely fantastic! There's so much food, it's a real treat. It's incredibly lively here, with new things happening every day. Beach, pool, bikinis – what more could you want? Plus, there are shows, VR

Family bungalow was spotless and Sayed our cleaner was great , leaving amazing family shapes with towels daily which the kids loved. He worked round our wee ones sleep pattern which was very thoughtful

The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available across several restaurants. The activities were outstanding, we especially enjoyed the bikes, VR games, and bumper cars

Mohammed at the Alf pool bar was amazing. Service was top class and he went over and above every day. Resort facilities were very good, so much to do and never got boring

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and unforgettable moments

Tip: if you want to tip them, keep in mind that they cannot make use of euro coins (bank won't accept them), so maybe change the coins for them with bills or Egyption pounds

Food was delicious and a lot of choice! The people who work at the resort (cleaning, service and cooking) were all very helpfull and friendly

Also, people with dissabilities can go to the toilet at as many places as non-disabled people, you don't see that often

The reception staff made checking in very easy. The restaurant was always clean and tidy and there was always plenty of choice

Very big resort, with a lot of nice pools and water slides. Beds at the pool could be more, they were mostly full

It's a very beautiful hotel with numerous tea and dessert lounges, unlimited drinks, multiple swimming pools, and a private beach. The hotel includes meals and accommodation

We've never experienced any discrimination; in fact, they've always been incredibly accommodating. The front desk often gives us priority check-in, and the lemon tea in the lobby is exceptionally good

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

The only downside is that it's so popular, rooms are hard to book. I hope it continues to improve!

What satisfies me most is that the hotel has direct access to the beach, which saves us extra time and energy to find the fun of the seaside

Maybe because of the season, there are not many people in the hotel recently, which makes the whole environment more peaceful and comfortable. We stayed here for three nights, and each night had a different experience

The hotel has all the facilities, whether it is a restaurant, entertainment or leisure, it is very convenient. Especially for families with children, everything here seems so considerate

The main restaurant has several restaurants, and there is also a Chinese restaurant. There are Chinese people in the restaurant. This hotel is super enthusiastic towards Chinese people~

I was impressed by the attitude of the service staff. They are not only enthusiastic about children, but also tease them from time to time, making them laugh constantly

What's more surprising is that except for our family, almost all other guests are foreigners, which adds a sense of freshness to our journey

The staff were very attentive and friendly from the waiters to entertainment right through to the reception

I really like the hotel, I come here for the 4th time. The food is varied and very tasty. The territory is clean and well-kept. The rooms are not the first freshness though

The hotel has a water park and swimming pool, as well as a private beach and water sports facilities. There are five restaurants offering a wide variety of buffet options, and the staff are very welcoming.

Housekeeping made little boats from towels, which amused our kids. My feedback would be that the room we stayed in was lovely and spacious but a little tired and the beds in need of replacing

The best of all is the very friendly staff who are hardworking and cheerful every day. They try to make your day better, especially the staff from the beach, Bartender, Pizza master and Cheef

The resort is large, with three distinct areas: West bay, Beach area and Villas. Beach (central) zone is amenable to families whilst the other two are for adults, but it is open plan and you never feel hemmed in

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

They both had great food and drinks, and great service! Snorkelling at the house reef is just amazing! Just out of the beach you have access to an incredible diversity of fishes and colourful corals! Especial greetings to the lifeguards who were always nice to talk to, and gave us advices on how to stay safe

Bar staff were awesome a little tip goes a long way, the entertainment was great, really enjoyed the beach show which had loads of people in random costumes, had loads of games you could play for free, overall great place lovely location and staff

We just got back, the hotel and the team were amazing, recommend the smaller pool as it's heated, no mad rush to get sun beds, breakfast was on till late so could fully relax

Food was good, a bit the same most nights but it was tasty and we went out to Marina twice to break it up

The fun never stops at this hotel. Luna park, water park and many animations and various events. Except the beach is strange, you can go in the water only from a platform, there is no access to swim from the beach

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

The food is good quality in all the restaurants and snack bars. The soft drinks are excellent, including bottled brands like Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite. The juices are fantastic: mango, guava, melon, apple, and orange

We had massages (first ever) so was nervous but the staff made it a very good experience and prices are very reasonable. Food is great, lots to choose from and a different theme each night

Had a lovely time again at what was the Labranda Royal Makadi. Good food, fabulous staff and a lovely adult pool. Couldn’t fault the hotel to be honest and would definitely return again

With numerous pools and beach access there were always sunbeds available as well. Rooms were kept nice and clean, although decor was a little dated

We had a great stay at the hotel with only a few issues. The hotel is at a lovely location on the Makadi Bay with a great beach. The food was excellent with the main buffet doing different themes every night

I also ran into an issue where some of the glasses mostly in the pool and beach bars were really dirty (it's really bad for reasons of hygiene and possible stomach upset)

Had a fantastic experience! Two days simply weren't enough, I'd say a minimum of three to five days is needed, and a full week would be perfect! Make sure to bring a snorkeling mask, the ocean here is stunning and incredibly picturesque, great for photos! I saw some reviews mentioning discrimination, but I believe it's on a case-by-case basis; we didn't encounter any issues

If there is anything to mention for improvement, it would be the volleyball court. A better ball would be great, and improved lighting in the evening would make playing much easier

I spent one week there with my 4 year old daughter. The rooms are very comfy all the hotel is beautyful and spacious. the food is delicious, its something there for all tastes

This means Nov-March you cannot really use the pools, only the small heated one. - we both got sick, not sure if it was the hotels fault
