It is necessary to look carefully at the beach area and arrange it to befit the same distinguished level we found in the hotel. But I confirm again that it was a unique experience that should be repeated!

A great place for a family vacation. Guests can use all three Pickalbatros hotels located next to each other, which is very convenient - Aqua Park, Aqua Blue, Aqua Vista

The hotel is on the second line, but the walk to the sea takes about 15 minutes, and there is also a free hotel shuttle

There is an aqua park for all ages, starting with very young children

Tip: if you want to tip them, keep in mind that they cannot make use of euro coins (bank won't accept them), so maybe change the coins for them with bills or Egyption pounds

Food was delicious and a lot of choice! The people who work at the resort (cleaning, service and cooking) were all very helpfull and friendly

We've never experienced any discrimination; in fact, they've always been incredibly accommodating. The front desk often gives us priority check-in, and the lemon tea in the lobby is exceptionally good

Very good room, all-inclusive hotel service is in place, drinks and snacks are delicious. The bedding in the room is also very comfortable. It is a good tourist resort hotel

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

We got really bored of the food so we decided to eat out for dinner mainly (there’s really good restaurants nearby!) The pools were nice but water wasn’t heated and we went in February so it would’ve been nice

Lunch we never bothered to go as we didn’t like the options apart from the chicken nuggets soup and chicken (we are not picky eaters btw) Dinner we would always have soup , there would be roast turkey/chicken/beef/lamb The seafood option would be shrimp/paella or something similar

Breakfast you’d have omelette made to your request, all types of fresh bread, veg, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, pancakes and cereal

But In all the fact that you have access to all 3 resorts is really cool and helpful I guess you get to access 3 different buffets

Personally we didn’t see the point in tipping waters as we were getting everything for ourselves including drinks coffee food… Personally I wouldn’t revisit this hotel but the experience was nice

They always had time for a quick chat & offered advice to help us find our way around

Maybe because of the season, there are not many people in the hotel recently, which makes the whole environment more peaceful and comfortable. We stayed here for three nights, and each night had a different experience

rooms are old and in a 7 building (were we lived)  was reconstruction, so very noise at holiday time, not nice. All staff are very friendly if tip them :) Everything else was quiet  good

It‘s the Magic Sky restaurant and while the food was already good, the sublime service made the whole evening even better. We‘ll gladly come back here to escape the dark and cold winter days in Europe

Wonderful Stay – Once Again! Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting

When I went to eat in the a la carte restaurant the food was so delicious but the menu options were a bit limited,the pool was amazing with a great view of the beach but the pool was a bit dirty,and the seating area that has like a kind of private pool was good and there was a waiter there called Julia she was so friendly and she brought us the things we ordered fast

The rooms were good and it had a great view of the pool and the beach and it had all types of useful things like a vanity kit,shower cap, sanitary bag,and a sewing kit and a shoe shine pad,and you can dine in your room but the menu was expensive,when i checked out the staff told us that we have to see you again and they waved goodbye as we were leaving

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

People in there are so nice, rooms almost perfect, good quality of food and drinks, I’ll recommend it to everyone who want to visit Egypt, trust me you have so much to see there! We had a good time at Jardin Aqua Resort! The food was amazing, varied, and really delicious. The evening shows were super fun, with great performances. The Aqua Park is fantastic, very fun for the kids

Hello, We had the opportunity to stay for 15 days at Hawaii Le Jardin Aqua Park Hurghada. Coming here as a family, I can say with all my sincerity that everything was wonderful

Hassan, the room steward, was amazing, and so was Muhamed from the pool. Ahmed from the pool bar was also great. However, I think the staff at the front desk could benefit from better training

And a huge shoutout to Chef Karima for her delicious fatayers! Not to mention the animation team, who created such a great atmosphere and made our stay even more fun

Also after we checked out we had ordered a taxi for us (not with the hotel) and he was waiting outside by the front gate. I have provided the car registration on reception so they can let the driver in, but they didnt

We only stayed 3 nights and didnt spend lots of time in the room, so it was okay but if you are coming for longer be sure to request a room away from the lifts

Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools

Very nice place for family and kids, with well-organized dining buffet and the swimming pools are very clean and organized. you need no worries about food. the thing that I did not like is the room service

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

The pools and grounds are immaculate, food is good and you will never go hungry even the fussiest of eaters will find something they like
