I had an exceptional stay at this hotel—truly the best I have experienced in many years. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming

Staff were helpful, attentive, and always around when needed. The all-inclusive was the cherry on the top - the kids made the most of the icecreams and soda and desserts while we enjoyed our non-stop supply of caffeine

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Park. The hotel, the aqua park, the theme park, the restaurants and the overall staff service was impeccable

Thr rooms were clean and spacious - drinks and fruits are delivered everyday to the room. The park was amazing! There were rides for all ages. As a family of 4, we had a ball

An excellent hotel I'd love to visit again

The hotel is very sports oriented: a well equipped gym, outdoor running areas, organized yoga and stretching classes, foam rolling sessions, a CrossFit area, a lap swimming pool, a sauna with an ice pool, bicycle rental, and courts for all types of tennis

A great place for a family vacation. Guests can use all three Pickalbatros hotels located next to each other, which is very convenient - Aqua Park, Aqua Blue, Aqua Vista

The hotel is on the second line, but the walk to the sea takes about 15 minutes, and there is also a free hotel shuttle

There is an aqua park for all ages, starting with very young children

Tip: if you want to tip them, keep in mind that they cannot make use of euro coins (bank won't accept them), so maybe change the coins for them with bills or Egyption pounds

Food was delicious and a lot of choice! The people who work at the resort (cleaning, service and cooking) were all very helpfull and friendly

We got really bored of the food so we decided to eat out for dinner mainly (there’s really good restaurants nearby!) The pools were nice but water wasn’t heated and we went in February so it would’ve been nice

Lunch we never bothered to go as we didn’t like the options apart from the chicken nuggets soup and chicken (we are not picky eaters btw) Dinner we would always have soup , there would be roast turkey/chicken/beef/lamb The seafood option would be shrimp/paella or something similar

Personally we didn’t see the point in tipping waters as we were getting everything for ourselves including drinks coffee food… Personally I wouldn’t revisit this hotel but the experience was nice

Breakfast you’d have omelette made to your request, all types of fresh bread, veg, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, pancakes and cereal

But In all the fact that you have access to all 3 resorts is really cool and helpful I guess you get to access 3 different buffets

Children’s entertainment was very nice also

It's pretty good. The location is excellent, and the sea view from Hurghada is beautiful. The hotel has a good location, and the rooms are decent. The food is also good. Half ancient desert, half sea.

A wonderful hotel with beautiful grounds and attentive staff. An excellent buffet, and a heated pool open in the winter.

There are many attractions, including boats that travel between the restaurants and the beach – which is great. The rooms and their amenities are very nice, and they are cleaned daily – excellent

There are also several restaurants, and this is where I’d like to pause for a moment. The interior of the restaurants where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served feels more like city cafeterias

One more thing that really irritated me: it was hard to enjoy a proper meal because the waiters would clear the plates before we had even finished – quite annoying. Overall, I recommend it, but…

The food is boring, repetitive, and the same regardless of the day of the week. For fans of chicken, fries, and pizza, it will be fine. However, I expected something more from a five-star hotel

The pools are good, nobody got sick with Coxackie or Legionella = success! The hotel is safe and is also located in a safe neighborhood. We went to Hurgada Marina a couple of times

Our vacation was great, with a beautiful reef, lots of fish, and plenty to do. The rooms are nice, but only the new ones. The older part of the hotel made a worse impression

Unfortunately, there was a single issue involving a waiter who behaved disrespectfully. However, this was handled quickly and professionally by the management, who apologized and offered compensation

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us about the extensive renovations, so the drills and other noises significantly disturbed our relaxation. The service was super, the staff deserve a medal!

Best all inclusive deal, elaborate arrangements and excellent service . Great place for families and couples/ groups

I had a really enjoyable stay at Riviera Aqua Park. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and great for families, especially with the aqua park being such a fun highlight

The daytime activities were fun, and the evening shows were entertaining and well-organised. Their enthusiasm really created a great atmosphere around the hotel

The room faces the water park with water slides, which my 10-year-old loved. The all-inclusive restaurant has three large lobbies and a beachfront bar. Dinner is good, but brunch is just average

I requested a twin room for my honeymoon, but they gave me one star. ^^ First of all, the facilities are a bit old, but the housekeeping staff cleaned diligently and greeted me brightly, which was really nice

There are a huge number of Caucasian tourists (Europeans and Americans) and very few Asian tourists. The staff is also plentiful, and every waiter is very friendly and welcoming, and they don't solicit tips

It was nice to see them always cleaning and maintaining the facilities. The water park facilities, various programs, various restaurants, and many sunbeds make people who come to vacation happy

Good hotel overall, food is good, lots of things to do and the evening program is nice. Service is quite good, but markedly better when the hotel isn’t fully booked

We had to change because the first one was nearby the disco and therefore very noisy after 11pm. The second room was perfect, quiet and sunny. The pools are great and most of the staff was very friendly

Avoid the waterslides, they’re not entirely safe, had an accident there ourselves because they weren’t tuned correctly. You won’t regret booking it, but there are minor annoyances

The efficiency of the staff at the main restaurant was lacking speed and therefore long queues occured. Simple adjustments could increase speed threefold

We had a very pleasant stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic. We booked windsurfing and snorkling with the hotel and both experiences were great

The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel for people of all ages

Wonderful Stay – Once Again! Our stay was absolutely fantastic – it was already our second time here, and once again everything was perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and inviting

The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times, which really made us feel welcome. You can notice that the resort is a bit older, but it is still very well cared for and charming

We are staying right now at The Grand Resort, this is our third day and so far so good

Everything here is perfect! Friendly staff, wonderful food, nice rooms, great swimming pools. There is also all inclusive lunch 12-3pm on the beach by the pier

If you wanna catch up the first row space on the beach, wake up early! Place your towels and also something else on the sunbeds otherwise Russians are coming to steal your bed

Internet sucks inside the rooms. For me, internet didn’t work at all inside the room. Its a great resort with good rooms. They have 10-15 restaurants inside the resort

The staff is nice and welcoming, area is very clean, in the main restaurant you can find a big variety of tasty food, a lot of a la carte restaurants to choose, coctails for all inclusive could be better, but if you want you can always buy for a few euros bigger and fancier drinks

I was very satisfied and coming back again soon!!!

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

The resort is large, with three distinct areas: West bay, Beach area and Villas. Beach (central) zone is amenable to families whilst the other two are for adults, but it is open plan and you never feel hemmed in

The kebabs were better than many places in Turkey; kudos to Chef Ali! Mr. Murat took great care of us and was very helpful from the first day to the last

At night it is particularly beautiful because of the copious, soft lighting illuminating the flora and the abundant swimming pools. The beach is wonderful and a cut above the adjoining hotels/resorts

Ali ~ Baba We have traveled to Egypt a few times now and this hotel was slightly more dated inside to others we have stayed BUT the staff ,facilities , food and location has been the BEST ! The kids and me and my partner didn’t want to come home

Food couldn’t complain have stayed at other 4 stars this was the best food wev had well being in Egypt. I miss this place and would definitely return. Hats off to all the workers here

The staff at this hotel are their biggest asset, always friendly and helpful, with a special mention for Hassan Ali, waiter at the evening entertainment who went above and beyond to find us a table and make sure our glasses were kept filled

The slides amazing so much fun for all the family ! The kids club also great my kids loved it. Beach a little outch to walk out in so would advise sea shoes but beautiful beach area and lots of fish to see

Great hotel, staff is very kind and helpful. Various buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner but also have other A La Carte restaurants on site. Clean, great sized room with balcony

We only stayed 3 nights and didnt spend lots of time in the room, so it was okay but if you are coming for longer be sure to request a room away from the lifts

Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools

One of the best places for a family vacation on the Red Sea. From the receptionist to the chefs, the housekeeping did an excellent job
