The hotel has bad service, there is literally no shower water, there is no shower water, let's not talk about hot water because this thing is not there, the breakfast is very, very bad, I do not recommend eating there, the rooms are very dirty simply I advise you to sleep on a pier better than this hotel, Do not let them convince you to go to the villa, there you will find things from another world. Simply pay your money and there will be no return

I worked at this hotel for about 10 months without any medical or social insurance or an official contract. During that time, I experienced poor management and continuous work pressure, often working alone at the reception for long time. In early August, I informed HR and all the staff that I planned to leave, to avoid any excuses about unpaid dues. That month was extremely exhausting. I worked full overtime, especially during the manager’s vacationv for 15 days, sometimes up to 16 hours a day When I received my August salary, the overtime payment was missing. When I asked HR, they said the payroll sheet hadn’t been approved yet, even though I used to receive my overtime payments by bank transfer very quickly before. After that, I decided to leave. About 10 days later, HR called me asking to return since there was no one at the reception. I agreed, hoping to receive my dues, and I worked five more days (from September 12 to 16), but I still didn’t receive the August overtime or the 5 days’ salary. HR even gave me a official written note promising a bank transfer by September 29, but no payment ever came. My name is Kerols or Carlos, as many guests knew me I’m sharing this because it was a very difficult experience, and I want people to understand what I went through. I’m not giving up on my rights and have already filed an official complaint with all the required documents. This review is based on my personal work experience and aims to share it transparently.

The worst hotel ever , Worst customer service and the hotel is Not clean anymore , the rooms are in very bad condition and AC is not working and also the towels are not clean. They gave me rate on the deluxe room but they gave me the room with No sea view and also each one say a different rates. Ms Magda ( the hotel owner ) is talking with a very bad attitude , not helpful and not professional. They need to be teach how to treat customers. I don’t recommend it to anyone, Save your money and go somewhere else.
