I went with my family and the hotel was very beautiful The staff there were very cheerful and friendly The hotel has many slides and swimming pools Everything was great, from the food to the cleanliness of the rooms and the pools

Amazing stay at the hotel, with only one negative review in my opinion.

Only let down would be the hotel shop is a bit of a rip off, and can get everything outside the hotel and down the road, for a fairly better price, in international or local money.

Travel agents for excursions, are amazing, we booked a big trip to go a see the pyramids in cairo, when the whole family become ill on the time we was leaving, we had to cancel due to there health. agents understood and done everything they could to get my money back, which they did.
More to, quad biking was amazing too.

Other than that, hotels room are lovely, decent size, pretty simple to find, but staff will always be happy to assist if needed.

Plenty of bar to choose from, depending on the type of environment you would want. Chill bar with no music, bars with music,

Plenty of swimming pools aswell, again pending on your personal environment.

Food was amazing, different options to choose from, I see other reviews about long wait times- dont listen, as you can come a go as you want, and always refilling and making sure.

I will be returning, highly recommend 👌.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room (4170) was always clean, and the housekeeping gentleman was extremely friendly and polite. The hotel staff were always smiling and very helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The place is definitely family-oriented, with lots of activities for children and very dedicated, enthusiastic animators who made every day enjoyable. Perfect hotel for families – highly recommended!

Just waiting to fly home, cannot find the words to explain how good this hotel is. Stunning resort, so much to do. Travelling with my husband, 6 year old daughter and my dad. Rooms - clean and a good size. Housekeeping made extra efforts to create animals with the towel which made my daughter’s day. Head of housekeeping every evening to check we were satisfied. He gave my daughter a gift and, when seeing I had a few mosquito bites, gave us some extra plug ins for the room and a spray! Above and beyond. Food - plenty of options. Food of a high standard with different restaurants to eat in. Italian, Fish, Chinese, Indian, Egyptian. Options of a snack bars during day doing pizza, nuggets, burgers, hot dogs etc. We never went hungry, and waiting staff are amazing, very attentive and happy to see you. Free ice cream at some of the bars during the day. Drinks - beer is good. Cocktails are good. Plenty of bars dotted around the place. Wine was good too! Pools/Slides - There is no lack of pools on this resort, they are everywhere! Waterslides were amazing - 120cm height for the bigger ones with 110cm plunge pool. Also a couple of splash parks for wee ones and a wave pool. They also have a “crazy river” where you can row around in a raft battle wave: this was a lot of fun. On top of what is at the hotel you get access to the water park next door, which we only did once as the slides were much more for older kids and adults. Couple of impressive splash parks though for younger children. You can access the bars and snack bar here as part of your all inclusive. Sun loungers are everywhere, you will always get one! Entertainment - we didn’t see many of the shows as we were usually exhausted lol but they seemed good. Waiting staff again happy to serve you drinks. There is also a huge VR room with an insane amount of VR equipment that is open the evening -!: free to use. There are also small quads, motorbikes and scooters available for hire at a cost of €10. During the day they have these big rickshaw style bikes that you can hire for free and ride around the resort. You also get one free visit to the Neverland Show at hotel next door. You book at reception day before you want to do - it’s dinner and a show so don’t eat before you go. Meal was beef tagged tagine, kofta and chicken with quinoa. You also get bread, dips and a pudding so kids might want a wee snack before they go if you have fussy eaters. Staff- As I have always found, the people of Egypt are kind and hospitable. The staff at this hotel have all been wonderful. We make the effort to chat and be kind and I always feel it makes your experience even better. Special mention to one the waiters, Nour, who went above and beyond for us, especially my daughter. Very grateful. Beach - not far from hotel but there is a very frequent mini bus takes you there and back. Small area but perfect for beginner snorkelers! Loads of marine fish in fairly shallow water. Food at beach is fine but isn’t as good

We had an amazing stay at Amphoras Beach, totally beyond our expectation. Chef Abdul Fatteh his hospitality went beyond his job description purely focusing on customer service, he checked in on all of his guest during lunch and dinner. Chef Moustafa is amazing, Chef Galal, Chef Medhat Zaki thank you so much for making our stay memorable you all exceeded our expectation food was absolutely amazing. Ali working at beach bar your soft serve ice cream is amazing as well as your cheerful service. Sameh working in the heat around the pool serving and delivery drinks in the heat and still you always have a smile. Reception staff Sayed thank you for your hospitality and amazing service taking care of my mother in law you made her stay memorable and she enjoyed sitting in the lobby reception area during your shift. Thank you to all the team that added to making our stay great.
