We had an amazing stay at Maritim Jolie Ville Resort. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Everything was clean and well organized. A special thanks to Shams – he is such kind, positive, and helpful person. Always smiling and ready to help. He really made our stay more enjoyable. Staff like him make this hotel special.

Rested with the family, very clean and bright hotel, the rooms are large and comfortable, the room is clean, cleaning was done every day. The entertainment program both in the afternoon and in the evening was just super. Animators work with people, they are very active, constantly positive, always comfort, very sensitive and remember a lot of things. There are a lot of shops near the hotel, everything is within walking distance. The sea is just gorgeous, warm and calm, it's a clean sandy shore. The rescuers constantly lifted the mood for a day. The hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant, they will always help, tell you what and where it is, they can even see you off if you don't know where to go. Separately, I want to say a big thank you to Sky Entertainment, a great team, the guys are cheerful and helpful. I would like to see them again on my trip

This summer, I stayed at your hotel for a family vacation with my brother, whom I hadn't seen in five years. The circumstances of our booking were a bit unique: while he reserved his stay through a travel agency from Belarus, I had to book my room independently via Booking.com from the United States.

Naturally, I was a little concerned about everything going smoothly, but my experience was flawless. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and worry-free.

The hotel's infrastructure is excellent, and the new rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

A special thank you I would like to extend to your Russian-speaking manager, Ekaterina, who helped make my stay even more comfortable throughout my time there. There is a saying that a true professional always does a little more than is expected of them, and she perfectly embodies this. She helped me organize my birthday celebration at a cozy seaside restaurant, which made the day truly unforgettable.

Now that I am back home, I frequently tell all my friends and acquaintances about this trip. So, thank you once again for everything.

We stayed at Maritim Jolie Ville Sharm El Sheikh and had a good holiday overall. Territory: The hotel area is very clean, green and well maintained. It looks beautiful and relaxing. Room: The room was big, clean and recently renovated, but the bathroom needs renovation. If you stay in the Palm Area, be careful — there is loud music at night from the disco behind the wall. Service: The reception team is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff work hard but are too few, so sometimes you need to wait for clean tables or for food to be replaced. The bar service is ok, but cocktails are simple, just mixed liquids without fruits. Non-alcoholic drinks are Cola, 7Up, Mirinda and juice, and alcohol is local. Beach: The beach is amazing — soft sand and easy to go into the water. You can see many fish near the small corals. Pool: The pool is medium size with 3 slides, nice for kids and adults. Animation: Animation is average, they could make more fun activities in the evening. Overall: A nice and clean resort with a great beach and friendly people. If they improve the food service, bar drinks, and animation, it could be a real 5-star place

Our stay: 2 adults (husband and wife) — 4 nights from August 23rd to 27th, 2025.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the private beach is absolutely beautiful.
However, there are many issues that really need attention.

First of all, it’s definitely not value for money. We paid 9,000 EGP per night, which is a price I could have easily paid at another hotel and received much better service in every aspect.

The food quality is inconsistent — sometimes it’s very good, and other times it’s quite poor.
The breakfast buffet is weak, with many missing items that should be available in a hotel of this category.

Staff behavior was another big issue. Around 50% of the staff treated Egyptian guests very badly for no reason at all. There was a clear sense of discrimination against Egyptians, which was extremely disappointing.
On the other hand, the reception team, room service, and guest relations staff were polite, professional, and very respectful.

The room itself was very worn out and clearly needs a full renovation.
The swimming pool is okay but small, and although there are three aqua park slides, one of them was always out of service.

That said, I have to give credit where it’s due — the aqua park supervisor was an exceptionally kind and polite person, always smiling and helpful. The same goes for Mr. Ragab from housekeeping and some of the waiters, who were all genuinely nice.

Unfortunately, there is still a noticeable level of discrimination against Egyptian guests in this hotel. I really hope management takes these issues seriously and works on fixing them, because this place has great potential and could be as good as it used to be.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The staff were always helpful and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every day. The food was delicious and the service excellent. I would like to give special thanks to Ayman at the reception for his kindness and professionalism. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! ! and the location is perfect right beside cafés and shopping, everything you need is so easy to reach.

One of the best decisions we made. Jolie Ville truly felt magical, beautiful, peaceful, and full of life. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. The place is spotless, spacious, and everything, from the beach to the pool to even the restrooms, was so well cared for.

I went with my family, and what stood out most was how safe and comfortable it felt for all of us. It’s a perfect place for families, plenty to do, great food, kind staff, and a very relaxed vibe. We made amazing memories together, and we’re already looking forward to the next time.

I remember we were so undecided which hotel to choose for our vacantion (end of August) and was so hard for us to pick one and so happy we decided on Maritim Jolie Ville! I don't know why on Google has only 4.3 stars, it's an absolutely amazing hotel for its price especially being mid range.
The sea it's amazing, very good beach where you can swim from the shore and also has a pirs (in Sharm that's a really rare thing to have a decent beach to swim from shore)

Very clean and maintained area
Staff is amazing! Very kind people and always smiling and ready to help whenever you need
A big thank you and respect to the barman at the beach bar Mahomed, he is so hard working and kind.

Animation also very good, but I'll change one thing honestly.. there's just in russian and only russian music playing almost all the time, that's honestly a thing I'll change because people coming to an African country will expect to see more of local culture animation and vibe, not russsian 🤦🏻‍♀️

Overall the hotel is really good! We were truly amazed and has a very good holiday
