This was our second time at this hotel, and hopefully not the last. The territory is picturesque and quiet, with a beautiful coral reef and cozy, clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, and always ready to help. Actually it was really sweet that some of them recognised us :) The food here is also great: the main restaurant offers a variety of dishes daily that can satisfy everyone’s needs; once a week there is a dinner with traditional Arabic specialities. Additionally, you can find delicious pizza at the Siesta bar every day. Special thanks to the animation team - you made our vacation even more wonderful and unforgettable! I really enjoyed all the activities you organized and conducted. I especially want to mention Koba, Chiara and Manuel - thank you guys for your incredible energy and involvement. You really made it special, I already miss you❤️

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. All areas kept spotlessly clean. Pools and gardens absolutely beautiful. We had a room just steps away from one of the pools and out to sea. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had food left for us in the room as we had a late flight in. Fridge and hair dryer included. Our room had a beautiful terrace with outside seating. Loved this. The animation team were brilliant and worked so hard. Special mention for Liza. Yoga, Pilates, Stretch, darts, boules, volleyball everyday for those who want to join in. We had great fun at a beach foam party the animation team had organised. They danced and sang in the evenings. All very enjoyable. There are a few trips available. We didn't want to travel too far so opted for the local mosque, cathedral and museum tour. This was the only let down of the holiday as we felt we were miss sold the trip. We did visit the mosque and cathedral which the guide was very informative about but from there we were taken to big outlet warehouses for a rather hard sell of oils, perfumes, gifts etc. they were high priced and nobody on the trip had wanted or expected this. We didn't visit the museum which was why we had wanted to do the trip! From there we had a 10 min drink stop at The Hard Rock Cafe and a visit to the old town which was nice. We found the oils we had been shown at the warehouses all available in the chemists there at a fraction of the prices given earlier. We were then taken to Soho. Lots of lights, a musical fountain and shops. Four of returned to the coach pickup approx 10 mins late due to one of our party having an upset tummy. The coach had left the four of us. We had no way of contacting anybody. My husband also became unwell having to use his heart medication. We had to return by taxi. The guide had made no attempt to see if we had returned safely or that we were ok. The purchases we had made earlier were left on the coach as recommended by the guide. It took 2 days for us to receive them and he requested to pay for his taxi fare. (We didn't!) No apology was given and no offer of refunding the taxi fare we had to pay to return to our hotel. The reception staff at our Hotel were so kind in trying to contact Travco (trip organisers) and our holiday rep, Mansi, with EasyJet, but he had no telephone numbers available for either. I did eventually get a number for Mansi, the EasyJet rep, and sent a couple of WhatsApp messages but received no reply which was disappointing as I could see he had received them. However, the holiday was amazing. We met so many lovely people. All the staff were so kind and made our stay very special. Thank you to all the teams at the hotel.

Lovely hotel. low rise, sympathetic with surroundings. Quiet resort. Beautifully maintained, lovely gardens. good room sizes and well cleaned. Shame that the sea view is spoilt by the way the room is built with just a small window in the balcony. Clean surrounds. Beautifully clean sea. life guards. beach is small and rocky with few sunbeds. Pools are nice but were very cold. Has a spa but a bit shabby. Food in restaurant is very good some days and average others. Absolutely no stomache problems. The snacks served out of restaurant in the bars are almost non existent and vey underplayed. The restaurnat that has waiter service has no choice of food. it's a set menu- Average and they charge for alcohol that you get free anywhere else in the hotel. The service is top class from almost all employees- friendly, helpful and polite. They can't do enough! They all speak English [i na hotel where almost all guests are Italian, Russian, or Eastern European]. Entertainment is ok. Pretty standard for a hotel animation team. They try their best, friedly and full of enthusiasm. Entertainment is outside so it can be a bit noisy [or chilly in winter] if your room is closeby but it stops at 11pm. The hotel is a bit isolated. No where to walk to, can't walk on the beach as its rocky coves and nothing nearby, othr than the hotel next door. The night market is s15 mins by taxi, but once is probably enough. Tip- if you use the hotel taxi to get there only take it one way as the return is easily picked up in the market and if you buy the hotel's return you'll end up waiting 20 mins for the taxi to arrive. Overalll= Yes it isworth going if you know it'll be quiet and you know there won't be many [ if any] Brits there.

I wanted some amenities. The location is great!

The hotel is beautiful, the food is plentiful, the staff are warm and friendly, there aren't many Asians, and the snorkeling area has beautiful schools of fish and corals. The price is reasonable, highly recommended!

Wonderful Hotel with Great Entertainment for Kids We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel surrounded by beautiful green nature. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with quiet areas perfect for unwinding — but also plenty of fun and entertainment, especially for us children! There was always something to do — from exciting activities and games to shows and events designed for kids. The entertainment team was energetic and really made us feel welcome. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and very family-friendly. Whether we wanted action or peace and quiet, there was a place for it. Highly recommended for families looking for both fun and relaxation!

The private beach was also nice. I get a little bored of all-inclusive resorts because they feel the same every day. I think I could do without it.
