The pool and sea are beautiful, the environment is so relaxing and the staff is friendly. However I didn't like that there was no open buffet because of low occupation, and they don't supply the room with water bottles (you better bring enough amount with you .. The scenery was beautiful, but the facilities were really old. The water pressure and water quality were extremely poor. The manager kept pestering me for a good review and even tried to bribe me. I came here because of the good reviews, and I'm very disappointed.

The hotel has a stunning ocean view!! The staff were friendly, the omelette at breakfast was delicious, and there was even a little cat 🐈⬛. However, since it was December when I went, the sea breeze was quite strong, so I couldn't swim. I ended up spending a few days sunbathing by the hotel pool, which was still very relaxing.

Aside from the hotel's location, which offers panoramic views of the town and the beautiful sea from the hilltop, everything else was terrible, especially the Wi-Fi. I won't come back... The air in Egypt is dusty, and basically everyone is either indifferent or overly friendly but actually trying to rip you off.

The rooms are basic but fine for a few days. The bed was a bit hard. The beach is pleasant but make sure you arrive early in the morning because it is shared with the hotel next door. The adults only section of the beach could be expanded to provide more peace for those without children trying to relax.

This was our 5th visit to Oonas in 13 months and it's about time we left a review. Most if not all of the guests are repeat visitors.
