it's a great place. well, not the 5 stars you know. but with a fair believable price. it's close to any thing. it has everything that you need for your stay, the air conditioning, the small fridge, the tv, the bedroom. the bathroom. and the closet it even has a safe.
and in my room i has a small balcony to set and rest and watch the pool.
cons. no view of course to the beach. and i should walk a while to get to the beach if i want to chill and hear the ocean waves at night.

Horrible place. Dirty, cockroaches in bathroom and in drawers. Air-cons barely adequate . Room wasn't cleaned once in my visit. Seems like someone closed the hotel and a new owner opened up but with no alterations or repairs. Location is the only saving grace.
The worst room I have ever slept in!!
Nothing clean even after asking them to change the bed sheet and the quilt, they were worse than their successors!!
I hated the place..if you are looking for a place in the heart of naama bay, make that one your last unless you don't want to pay for your stay as it probably will be the lowest.

Very bad place and not clean enough and nearly no wifi service . Very old furniture and bathroom. Really i feel disappointed from this choice. I can say it is less than 1 star. I advise people to think good before book it. I really deceived by photos they put in the site...
This is a great value hotel in a great location. It has a nice pool, the rooms are clean and comfortable and have hot water. The manager speaks good English, he's very polite and helpful and the security staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Amazing place for a limited budget and easygoing people. It is a bit old and has no WiFi connection as opposed to the advertisement. Staff are so nice and helpful, beach access is great and closeby if you like walking.

The good thing with this hotel that it located in naema bay close to restaurants and also cheap The room is good and comfortable and staff is friendly but the hotel all over is not clean and doesnt have beach only small pool
