The staff were very friendly. They worked quickly and I had no complaints during my stay at the hotel. The food was delicious. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Market and about a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport. The private beach was uncrowded and comfortable.

Excellent hotel. The main advantage of the hotel is a smooth entry into the sea (convenient for not very good swimmers), the beach is in a bay, so it is protected from the wind! The hotel's pictures looked beautiful, but we didn't end up going to Sharm El Sheikh because of a change in our travel plans, so we didn't check in. It would have been great if the hotel had allowed us to cancel for free.

Good place for a couple vacation

The room has a very charming, antique design. The staff are enthusiastic, the food is delicious, and the hotel's beach and architecture create a beautiful and relaxing environment. The only minor drawback was that the water flow from the faucet in the room was intermittent, but everything else was great.

The resort has a beautiful design which I really liked, but the rooms and furniture are old. Cleanliness is average, but the facilities and beach are excellent. It's a lovely resort, but more attention should be paid to cleanliness.

The room amenities were a bit dated, and there's only one pool which tended to get very crowded. The food was also quite mediocre. However, the biggest advantage is the four beaches, offering an excellent snorkeling environment. The water depth was perfect, allowing us to see plenty of fish and coral.

Stayed at this resort on the 22nd of April for one night. The rooms are decent & comfortable. One basic necessity of a health faucet has been over looked. For a 5 Star rated hotel this is a huge miss. Also the Wi-Fi signal is worst I've seen by far. NO signal in the room whatsoever.

Excellent hotel, with its own beach. Great food selection. Clean and cozy. Our room had a sea view. After a long day, we were tired and went to bed early, but the evening shows outside our window, which went on until 11 p.m., were terribly disturbing. Clean. The staff is welcoming. Special thanks for the water in the room and for arranging a taxi. The grounds are well-kept. Unfortunately, there are many dilapidated buildings around the hotel, and there is nowhere to walk outside the grounds. But the overall impression is very good.

The room had a sea view, but the food was just average and not very good, and the seawater wasn't very clear. It was quieter without children staying there. The music during the hotel's weekend evening activities was quite nice.
