My wife and I came from Tallinn to spend an evening in Pärnu. We arrived around 11:15am and were warmly greeted at the front desk by Egle, the hotel manager. Since we arrived early, Egle told us our room was not yet ready and said it would take about 30 minutes to clean. Alternatively, Egle said an equivalent room was available on the ground floor if we wanted that room instead. We took that room. Egle set the tone for our visit. She was courteous, friendly and resourceful. The hotel was luxurious and comfortable in the heart of old town Pärnu. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing.We definitely will return for another visit.

Rooms are not silent and You can hear the sounds from other rooms or from outside. Really nice and clean rooms. Service is excellent and people are nice and eager to help. Location is good but was difficult to find in first time. Also parking needs skils cause backyard is small.

I have spent 3 nights in this hotel in the beginning of August. Location is good, but hotel lacks professionalism.
1st night we apent in room number 1. This is a room on the 1st floor facing the courtyard. The room itself is rather cosy, but very hot. Conditioner is built so that it blows cold air directly on the bed, which will definitely make you ill overnight and you cannot change the fan speed. The solytion was to drop synthetic blankets and sleep under a bathrobe with an open window (not what you expect for such price).
At 8:30 AM a delivery van parked in the courtyard near our windows. This immediately introduced noise from delivery men conversations, movement of boxes and smell of cigarette smoke. Although, we woke up at 8:00 and decided not to bother a lot.
2nd night was better, because we used the trick of sleeping under bathrobe with an open window. Suddenly, at 6 am we were waken up by extremely loud noise. Hotel worker was towing a garbage container along our windows. There were couple of such containers that morning. This was something above the point of any acceptance for thebprice you pay. We went to reception lady, which did not even apologise for inconvenience.
We were offered another room and we migrated to room 13. This was better. At least we got a good might sleep.
Still the hotel staff had some suprises left in their pocket. For our last breakfast we both asked a coffee. We expected 2 coffee pots (given that single person coffee had been 1 pot), but received the same single pot. After asking to bring second pot, we were pointed to a fact that there are 3 coffee cups in a single pot - what a wonderful agrument.
Finally we started to collect our stuff to check out. Can you imagine our surprise, when hotel door opens a cleaning lady comes in. Typically you knock and wait some time for a response.

You need to improve staff. And please do not lie that the room is quiet when a person calls you before booking a stay.

Just loved it. Right in the centre of old Pärnu. Superbly renovated with respect of the old techniques and materials without having to miss modern comfort. Each room is different and offers different features ... some with sauna, others with steamroom, or bathtub ...
The hotel also is pet friendly with some rooms allocated to your 4 legged friend. Highly recommended.

Great location with an amazing restaurant downstairs that has excellent vegan options as well. The staff was very welcoming, including the waitresses. The room we had was beautiful, with an included private sauna. They provide a wonderful breakfast every morning with multiple choices. This place made our stay in Pärnu one we won't forget, and we'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit. Aitäh!

My girlfriend and I just spent a night at this amazing hotel. We both loved it! Everyone is super nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very clean and trendy. The shower is amazing. There are restaurants and cafes literally around the corner and the beach is about a 10-15 minute walk. We greatly enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend Rosenplänter! You won’t be disappointed

A very cosy place to stay right in the centre of beautiful Pärnu. Huge comfortable beds, abundant breakfast and a really friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel from 1920's. Yes, there are some details that could be updated but I think it gives this place a character. For the small price we paid including breakfast it is definitely a bargain and excellent value for money. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and staff vere very helpful, polite and pleasant. There is also a room service up to midnight, where you can get hot and cold drinks and tasty hot snacks, burgers, wraps, fries....and also hot and cold drinks. They even provided playing cards as we forgot ours and could not find any in the shops. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food, fruit and drinks, even in Covid times with low occupancy. Overall great stay, excellent value for money with pleasant staff to look after you. We would definitely come again.

Value-for money. Hotel Victoria is ideal for those on a budget who only need a place to spend the night in Pärnu. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also really good and varied. Yet, we struggled with the room as it was very hot and there was only a small fan to keep us cool. The beds were also a bit uncomfortable.

Very cute hotel! The house itself is very beautiful and historic. The location is super but the best part was the service!
The roomas are not new, but ours was still cozy. During summer it could get really hot as there is no air-conditioning in rooms.
