The service was excellent — the staff were very attentive, always happy to help with any request and would kindly double-check several times if anything else was needed.
The rooms were beautiful and very well maintained, with everyday snacks and bar compliments. Breakfast was great, with a very good variety of options.
The only downside for us was the spa — the pool was a bit cold.
Overall, thank you very much for your effort and hospitality. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated it!

Apart from that it was lovely - great staff, lovely breakfast, helpful ski-shop (but really expensive to hire skis there). But overall I'd expect more from a 5* hotel like this.
