The hotel has 35 rooms.

The hotel has individual chalets, located at a distance of 500 meters from the main complex:

Individual Chalet TSUGA for 14 people – 270 m2. Directly connected to the KILIMANDJARO hotel. The rate includes a Butler, cook and maid. The Chalet consists of 7 bedrooms (10 to 35 m2, each with LCD TV), 7 bathrooms. Living room of 45 m2 with fireplace and home cinema, fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with a Desk. Telephone, Internet Wi-Fi, iPod, PlayStation3, DVD. Safety Deposit box, Elevator, garage.

Surcharges:

Paid a resort fee of approximately 2 euros per person.
Mandatory surcharge for new year's eve (31.12.15) – 690 Euro per adult and 160 Euro per child up to 12 years.
Obligatory for Russian Christmas dinner (06.01.16) – 690 Euro per adult and 160 Euro per child up to 12 years.

Second Stay – Even Better Than the First Visit Courchevel often and our second stay at K2 Altitude once again was an incredible experience. Stayed with my partner and everything about the trip was seamless. Staff throughout the hotel are outstanding and clearly operating under a great management team. Service is warm, professional and consistently goes above and beyond. Special thank you to Oliver overseeing the concierge team, who handled every last-minute change to our restaurant reservations for us and our friends with total ease and professionalism despite countless changes to our schedule. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The ski room team were also excellent and made every morning on the slopes easy. Beautiful rooms, exceptional service and a fantastic team. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Every element of our stay felt effortlessly luxurious. The chalet-style architecture paired with contemporary design creates an atmosphere that’s both sophisticated and deeply comforting. Our apartment was spacious and impeccably designed, with stunning views of snow-covered peaks and every amenity we could think of—plus some delightful surprises like personalized welcome gifts and a pillow menu. The service? Beyond exceptional. Every member of the staff—from the concierge to the drivers to the ski valet—treated us with such genuine kindness and professionalism. They anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, making us feel like the only guests there.

Disappointing Experience at K2 Altitude Restaurant

I recently visited K2 Altitude Restaurant, expecting a top-tier dining experience as part of a prestigious Palace Hotel and one of the reputed top 5 establishments in Courchevel. Unfortunately, my visit was anything but that.

We arrived between 2:15-2:20 PM, well before the last order time of 2:30 PM as confirmed by their team. Despite this, we were left waiting and had to repeatedly ask for the menu. When the waiter finally came, he gave us only the bar menu, even though we had been assured earlier that we would have access to the full menu if we arrived on time.

We tried to explain this to the waiter, but he was dismissive and kept refusing to accommodate us. Frustrated and hungry, we reluctantly decided to order from the bar menu. Even then, service was excruciatingly slow. When my wife inquired about the ingredients or cooking methods for certain dishes, the waiter rudely responded that he didn’t have time for us and that we should just “make up our minds.”

Such poor service is shocking for an establishment of this caliber. It completely undermines the luxurious reputation of K2 Altitude and left us deeply disappointed. Courchevel has no shortage of fine dining options, and I would urge management to reevaluate their service standards if they wish to retain their status.

Loved everything about this place! Stopped by for an après-ski lunch with my kids, and it was perfect—breathtaking mountain views, a warm and cozy atmosphere, and the friendliest staff who made us feel at home right away and the food was just as amazing ! Between the incredible food, welcoming service, and stunning location, this place is truly special. Can’t wait to go back—100% recommend!

My husband and I spent an amazing night at this incredible hotel, and it was truly wonderful! The room was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a delightful dinner at the restaurant, perfect for a romantic evening. The hotel staff greeted us with warmth and respect, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and absolutely perfect! We had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. A big thank you to the staff for their exceptional hospitality and for making this experience so memorable!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Everything was perfect, the hotel, staff. The free shuttle car/van was so quick every time. I will never stop in another hotel when we go skiing as this is faultless. No more putting my ski boots by myself anymore.

Dining at Ainata, the restaurant at Hotel Le K2 Altitude in Courchevel, was an experience that left much to be desired. The hummus arrived colder than expected, and the pita bread followed suit, feeling a bit too chilled for comfort. My lamb dish was unfortunately overcooked, with a texture that missed the mark. Service was a bit delayed, with our drinks taking quite some time to arrive, which added an unintended layer of humor to the evening. If you're looking for a smoother dining experience, you might want to explore other options in the area.

I spent one week in this hotel with my partner. We have been in several 5 star hotels in Courchevel,this one is the worst. The service is unacceptable. Every day I had to complain about something. they are not responsive, not used to 5 star service, the staff does not talk to each other and there is no integrated team to serve the client. for exemple they forget to clean my room, you have to ask 3 times to get something done, they cannot bring a hot drink or food, everything is slow and they are very short staffed. clear case of lack of management and integrated team. Good real estate but would not return . Service is unacceptable . Covid protocols are not respected as well as in other local hotels. Concierge not wearing the mask most of the time. No soap in public toilets.i asked many times to put soap in the toilets they never listen . Nobody care . They don’t care about the clients . That’s how you loose clients . We go to Courchevel every year and it’s the first time we experience something like this. We complain so many time during our stay but nobody did nothing. Not even the manager . He didn’t care. Will never come back
