Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was dirty, the shower mouldy, and there was hair everywhere. The carpet looked filthy and the bed sheet was too short. I honestly didn’t feel comfortable touching anything.
Breakfast was good, but there were very few vegetarian options for dinner. Desserts were nice though.
Nothing is available in English, which is surprising for a hotel so close to the airport. Expected better overall.

Honestly, where do I even start? I was booked at this hotel with a large group of us who all had flights cancelled. Needless to say, I wish I would’ve booked my own hotel. My first room (yes, first) had an incredibly moldy shower, carpets were disgusting, etc. I asked about switching to a different hotel to be later reimbursed by the airline and was told I couldn’t. The receptionists then spoke about me right in front of me even though I understand French. Thanks ladies! I wouldn’t wish this stay on my worst enemy. I feel uncomfortable even getting into the bed, and if you’re in a similar situation definitely avoid this hotel. Not to mention, they are obviously trying to cover up the horrible smells with a decent amount of nasty smelling air freshener. The bathrooms and toilets smell horrible, and I have found loads of hairs that aren’t mine. For a hotel who responds to other reviews saying they prioritize hygiene and cleanliness, I find that to be a bunch of crap.

Air France put us here after a flight delay caused a missed connection. This hotel is filthy. The bedding appeared to have fresh body fluids and an imprint. The carpet was stained and very dusty. There was an unpleasant odor, in the room and in the elevator. Furniture outside was broken. No hand towels were provided, which was the least of the issues. The front desk worker was pleasant. The shuttle back to the airport tor Air France displaced passengers was only offered at 5, 7, or 9; which was not a good fit with our flight.

Staying in this hotel resulted from my flight being delayed at Naples, then connecting flight missed at CDG. AIR FRANCE sent several of us to this hotel for an overnight. It was terrible. The food was medicore at best, and a spider ran across my plate of food. The carpet in the room was disgusting and there were no hand towels. I would NOT stay at this hotel again. Staff were not welcoming.
