Spent a night waiting for my flight out of Paris. The hotel is pleasant enough. I will use it again if I need a night in CDG. The shuttle service needs to be organized better. Getting from the hotel to the airport was easy, costs 5 euros. Going from the airport to the hotel in a shuttle is very complicated. The shuttle is a black unmarked van; the pick up place and the schedule is not advertised anywhere. The hotel does not have its own webpage (or I did not find it), only the general Accor website that does not have shuttle information. They should get their own webpage with clear instructions on where and when one can board a shuttle. I bet this would increase the number of people who want to stay at the Mercure-Roissy.

The room was spacious and clean, and the surrounding area offered convenient transportation. Despite being close to the airport, I wasn't disturbed by any noise.

The hotel is just right outside of the CDG airport. It has everything. I stayed there for a night to catch my next day's flight. It is convenient. Staff was super nice. Excellent service!

Service was not very friendly and the bathroom basin was clogged. Be aware of extra costs when booking — there’s a €5 charge for the shuttle bus or about €13 for an Uber from the airport. Also, there are two Mercure hotels in the area, which can make finding the right one confusing.

Poor facilities but staff was really good

I booked and pre paid for a superior double room. On arrival late evening and after a one hour flight delay, I was allocated an inferior room. I discussed with reception and was advised that the hotel was fully booked.

The room which was on the ground floor (room 41), had disabled facilities and an unpleasant odour. I had a disturbed night’s sleep as a result. The following morning I discussed again with the hotel and I was allocated the correct room for the second night. I couldn’t fault the reception staff who were helpful.

All considered, I would not stay here again by choice as location isn’t great. Breakfast was good.

The location next to the airport is great. The hotel itself is dated, there is clearly no investment. The staff is friendly and does what they can to please the guests. The food is terrible, we had a roasted chicken which was roasted one week before and microwaved. The shuttle service is perfect and the driver is very helpful. Although the price of the room is conform the market but in terms of value for money, we have seen much better. And for that matter, we travel all over the world and we find ourselves competent enough to write this review.
