Location & Transportation 📍🚌
Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes.

Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel.
Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day.

Room & Amenities 🛌
Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well.
Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own!

Dining & Service 🥐☕
Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid "okay" to start the day.
Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions.

Amazing hotel near the airport. Good overall facilities, 15€+ / night parking fee. About 15 minutes from closest MTR line.

The rooms of this hotel chain are as usual very spacious, with a nice bathroom. Coffee machine with capsules and boiler. The location is ok depending what youbare looking for. It's just next to the airport. Also for those in business with car it's convenient to stay a bit outside the Paris center. Hotel restaurant was so so, only small snacks. But there is a restaurant outside, otherwise there are restaurants or other hotel restaurants to look for. The staff are really friendly. I would come again

The room is spacious and well-arranged, perfect for families. The kids loved it.

The location is very convenient. It is only two stops away from the largest shopping mall if you take Bus 43. From the hotel to the city centre, taking Bus 43 and then transferring to the RER takes only about one hour. We were two adults and two children, and the room was very spacious.

I thought the location was close to the Airport, but it's not!, and no train to CDG airport; you need to take a taxi or car service to the airport which is not free.

Conveniently located near Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, this hotel is a solid choice for a one-night stay or a transit stop. Guests appreciate the spacious, clean suites with separate bath and shower, friendly check-in staff and the tidy surroundings.  That said, there are a few trade-offs: the shuttle service to the airport isn’t always reliable and some report slower staff or minimal amenities.  Rooms are comfortable but may feel more “airport-stop” than full resort stay. Overall: strong value for a short stay.

The location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall.

However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM.
Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel.

What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse.

If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience.
