Cyan Hotel Roissy Villepinte Parc Des Expositions in Roissy

They had their reception under renovation which caused huge disruptions with warm water. We never had warm water during the evening. We went to the reception and they fixed it after an hour almost every time, apart from one night cause the reception person didn't know what to do. Some staff was great, while others were rude and indifferent. Even the guard knew more about how to handle the warm water complaint than the reception person.
Also the breakfast was horrendous. Almost no food, even at 6:30 am. They barely had anything. The breakfast was serving the adjacent hotel too! Cyan hotel. The restaurant wasn't opened on friday evening or in the weekends, but nobody told us that so we came starving from the convention center to find out there's nowhere to eat! It was a horrible expensive experience.
Also the room was the smallest room we've ever been to. Couldn't open a check-in luggage fully! Horrible!

Myself and 2 business Colleagues have just stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, whilst visiting M&O. The place is terrible, the rooms are stuffy (no aircon) the carpets and curtains are stained and dirty, the pillows must be 20 years old, stained, lumpy and cheap! The bed is like sleeping on the floor, the mattress is so hard, and my friend had a cockroach to keep her company the first night!!
Now for the restaurant….! The staff were rude and unhelpful, the only time they moved was to shout “do not sit there!” if they had wine glasses on tables at breakfast. No bread for toast one morning and no toaster for the bread the next morning, 10 to 15 minutes wait for fresh scrambled eggs or bacon. The only upside was the entertainment watching the guests get mad with the staff at the lack of service! We were paying 260€ a night per room for the “privilege” of staying there…it is a complete rip off. The shame is that it could be a nice little boutique hotel, the Kyriad chain need to revamp it and hire new staff or charge 75€ a night so people will know what they are booking. The 2 bar staff were very nice..maybe they should be promoted and run the place!

The hotel was practically empty the first week of July 2024. Incredibly unpleasant staff. They stand out in the parking lot smoking most of the time. They will not offer any assistance or answer even the simplest questions. We were there for four nights room serviced once. There is no coffee maker in the room. If you request a cup of coffee in a paper cup thstaff demand 4.5 euros.
