I stayed in room 419 and this was my second day at the hotel. I had a bit of trouble using the vending machine in the morning, and a very kind gentleman from the Middle East noticed me struggling and came over to help without even being asked. That small act of kindness really stood out. Overall, it was a great experience — comfortable stay, helpful people, and excellent service. Highly recommended.

It was okay, but the bus ride to the hotel was full of Black people, which was a bit scary.

Good stay at this hotel and close to the airport. It did the job even if the room was really small for two people. It might just need two chairs at least instead of only one. The hallway also had a really strong smell of cigarette which was a bit annoying.

My experience overall was excellent. I really relaxed well after arriving to the hotel. I could sleep enough and It was quite comfortable room and relaxing bed.

You have everything what you need to sleep over night and go to the airport. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, heater works.
Toilet could be cleaner. There are no toilet brushes and during the 12 hours I stayed in the toilet, no one cleaned it.
There was no disinfectant in one of the toilets on the fifth floor, and there was no gel in one shower stall.
There's no way to leave your bags at the reception desk if you arrive a little earlier than check-in. And the reception itself kept me waiting for 20 minutes in the hotel lobby (there was simply no one there, and the nice cleaning lady tried to persuade me to wait longer and apologized).
Again its nice cheap place to sleep over and continue your trip. Dont expect a 5 stars palace, you will have a clean private room and bed.

The cleanliness was decent, especially for the price. Plus, there's a pretty good restaurant right outside. They offer a shuttle service to and from T3, costing 4 euros per person one-way. All in all, it's a great place for a quick layover.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my stay at your establishment, which was booked from Thursday, August 21 to Saturday, August 23. Unfortunately, I was forced to check out of the hotel on Friday, August 22, as the conditions were simply unacceptable.
Specifically:
* The room was dirty (stained walls, questionable bedsheets, the headboard was in a deplorable state).
* Overall hygiene was inadequate, and I even noticed the suspicious presence of worms in the sheets.
* I injured my finger in the room and subsequently fell ill.
* I asked to change rooms, but my request was denied by the front desk.
Under these conditions, it was impossible to continue my stay. Therefore, I believe that a partial refund for the night of August 22nd to 23rd, which I was unable to use, is entirely justified.
I would appreciate it if you would consider my request and respond to me at your earliest convenience.

You get what you pay for. It's a no frill hotel. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are quiet and the extra breakfast is enough to start your morning after a single nights sleep. It's cheap and cheerful. The free bus service to surrounding supermarkets and the airport is very helpful. Tips: pack your own towel are toiletries as for this isn't offered included in the room rate.
