The actual apartment is quite different from the pictures on website which can be misleading. It’s too costly for the kind of apartment we are getting. definitely over-rated. Apartment is not housekept on a daily basis for our 5D4N stay. won’t come back. 🥹

I booked a non-refundable room through Ctrip. At check-in, the front desk took half an hour and still couldn't find my reservation. Ctrip had already charged my card for the room, but I received the payment notification unexpectedly early—right after waking up and before breakfast—even though I was expecting it to be processed upon check-out. My overall booking experience with Ctrip was extremely disappointing. The hotel has a good location, but the service is poor.

Lovely cozy hotel and room, in very centralised location which is convenient to go everywhere. My husband and I love this hotel so much. The basic room we booked is not big but spacious enough as it has kitchen. Will stay when we are back next time.

The hotel is very near metro, RER and a couple of theaters, Opera Garnier and shopping malls. It is a good choice if you want convenience and accessibility to attractions. Hotel room is large enough and comfortable stay overall.
