Good size apartment, with all necessary equipment and decent and comfortable beds. Friendly staff, always willing to help and advise. Good breakfast. Cleaning of the room could have been a little more thorough (seeing as the room is not cleaned unless you stay more than 8 days).

The rooms were quite clean, but a bit stuffy as the windows only opened a crack. Everything else was clean too. The front desk staff, mostly Black, were very friendly and welcoming. It's super convenient for getting around by subway.

Excellent and comfortable property, apartments are spacious even for 4 people. The proximity to the metro station is great, and the area where the property is located is also excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Adagio Nation aparthotel. The hotel is large, bright, and spacious, and very conveniently located close to the metro station, in an area with wide, pleasant streets, many cafés, and shops such as Auchan and Picard nearby.
The area feels very safe, and access to the hotel and elevators is well controlled, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is exceptionally clean, with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

Aparthotel Adagio Paris Nation is a solid choice for a comfortable stay in Paris’s 12th arrondissement, especially if you want apartment-style convenience and easy public transport access.
The hotel is very well located, close to the metro (Lines 6 and 8), with supermarkets and bakeries nearby for day-to-day essentials. Private parking is available and was very practical for visiting Paris with a car. The rooms are well equipped, and the kitchen setup is genuinely convenient and “fair enough” for longer stays.
A special mention for the team: we were welcomed by Rachel, who explained everything clearly and handled our requests efficiently, and the rest of the staff were consistently helpful and smiling whenever we needed anything.
On the downside, housekeeping is intentionally light (more in line with aparthotel service than a classic hotel), so towel changes are not daily and are typically on a weekly rhythm unless you arrange/request extras. Also, the gym is extremely small and quite limited.

The Adagio was a little hard to find the gate at the bottom of stairs is not clearly marked and looking up does not necessarily occur to you but having found I access was via a lift or stairs. Another locked door precedes the reception. Check in was quick though the receptionist was extremely surly for some reason. We were on the 6th floor and had a good view of the gardens behind. Great kitchen space with full size fridge, stove top, sink and microwave plus plates etc. very handy for doing your own breakfast and light meals with several supermarkets nearby. Aircon is very controlled so room could run hot but you can open window. Step in shower was great. Close to Daumesnil metro and lines 6&8. Easy access to all the city sites. Be warned though very few metro stations have escalators and no lifts so be prepared for a lot of stairs. Area felt safe, it’s under some Place construction at moment but will be lovely when finished.

The location was not as convenient as expected. There was a lot of road construction, noise and debris. The facility was adequate but sparse: the tub stopper didn’t work, 2 coffee pods for 2 days, only 2 washers for the whole building and the staff at the front desk couldn’t tell us where to find a close supermarket which we discovered is a 4 minute walk away. They were pleasant but not we informed about the neighborhood. However, we liked having a kitchenette but would have liked an oven or toaster in addition to the microwave.
