Hôtel Terminus in St. Malo

This hotel was booked for us on a business trip. It's in a good location (a 5-minute walk from the train station, a good 15 minutes from the city center), and it's in its original condition. While it's undoubtedly been cleaned, everything is old and patched up, the doors are roughly repainted, and there are holes in the walls.
While the front window states that the rooms are soundproofed, this is clearly not the case.
The bedding is adequate, but there are no pillows; only a small bolster is provided. Blankets are also on the bed.
Breakfast isn't great: 1 croissant and bread (not bought from a bakery, or at least not one that makes its bread traditionally) per person, and tea and coffee are provided. The tea has no flavor. The orange juice is sour. Also available are packets of Krisprolls, brioche, and other pastries. Dirty towels were left in the hallway for at least 15 hours...
I can't say how much it cost since it was booked through my employer, but in any case, it's a hotel I wouldn't recommend.

No cycles allowed.
After a long day cycling and finishing our cycle trip from Barcelona, we were not allowed to bring our bikes into the hotel. There was no luggage room and were adamantly told they could not go into the room. Just told to put them outside or use the terminal storage (which just proved impossible).
A very stressful and upsetting finish to our trip. We had no choice but to find alternative accommodation without being allowed a refund.
Really disappointed with the attitude of the hotel.
