Hôtel Le Refuge in Tignes

The hotel was conveniently situated, and the rooms themselves were fine overall.The cleanliness was acceptable but little attention to detail, such as beds being horribly made and being very uncomfortable.i Unfortunately the staff was quite rude, especially the reception staff and the lady working during breakfast. At one point, I accidentally left my room key with a friend I was sharing the room with and politely asked for a temporary spare key until she returned. The staff acted very annoyed when I asked, and the next morning, when I came to return the spare key, I was borderline shouted at for not bringing it back earlier( even though they had not given me a specific time), which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. . There were also several practical issues during the stay. The hairdryer broke immediately when I removed it from its holder. The Wi-Fi was very poor. A loud alarm went off repeatedly, lasting around three minutes each time before stopping, which was very disruptive. The heating in the room was also extremely hot at night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably, in addition to the uncomfortable bedding. Overall, the hotel is conveniently located and functional, but the lack of attention to detail, poor Wi-Fi, repeated disturbances, and particularly the staff attitude made the stay disappointing.
