Hotels in Tignes

Excellent location the overall experience was good especially with JoJo looking after us at breakfast service, we ate at the Folie Douce where JoJo was also working and our children had an amazing backstage tour … thank you JoJo !!!

We had a lovely stay at the Diamond rock with friends and family. Every morning we were greeted by Jo who gave us recommendations for the rest of our day. Each place we were met as JoJo’s guests and had an amazing time. She was really invaluable to our stay. Top team member.

We loved our stay at Hotel Le Diamond Rock in Tignes. Jojo was a highlight for us. She was warm engaging and ever so helpful. She is an asset to the hotel. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Ewan and Raffaelle in the dining room were excellent too The location is perfect. Ski in and out and the rooms were very comfortable. Our only disappointment was the menu for both the French and...

The hotel charges you for breakfast items such as an extra poached egg 4euros! We have been to plenty of 5* hotels and none of them has ever charged for breakfast items. The week we stayed the outside hot tub was not in action ( to be honest it looks like it has been out of action for some time, the steam room was also out of action ( no one could tell why or how long the steam room and hot tap would...

Our recent family getaway to Diamond Rock was, quite frankly, one of the most seamless ski holidays we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a blend of high-end boutique style and genuine alpine warmth, this is it. The "Valet" Ski Experience The ski-in/ski-out location in Tignes Le Lac is unbeatable, putting you right at the junction of the main lifts. But the real star of the show is the boot room....

Great hotel in Tignes. Ski-in/ski-out. The skiing is great with a massive mountain easily accesses from the hotel. It has a small pool, steam room, sauna, which are perfect to heal your tired legs after the long day of skiing. The rooms are a good size. Very much enjoyed our stay

Great hotel with friendly staff. Well positioned for the ski lift which is a short walk down the road. Ski hire shop is literally next door. Food is good and varied, although not a lot of meat dishes in the evening. Good pizza available every night and nice salads. We were all inclusive and there was a good range of drinks that were included. There's a pool table and table football but you need to...

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Staff welcoming from the minute we arrived, so friendly and helpful, rooms were great, food was too, location perfect, short walk to the lifts. Would absolutely recommend and come back!

Really convenient hotel , ski hire underneath and a few mins from the gondola . Skiing last week of Jan and no major queues. Epic runs . I enjoyed the food every day in the hotel restaurant , good choices and fresh cooked . Interesting entertainment on an evening and I must say the bar staff work their absolute socks off ! They were great and cocktail of the day never disappointed. Our room was...

Just the pizza from the pizza chef (Carlo) alone makes this place worth it. The rooms are just fine without being super, but the position is super functional and super close to the slopes.

Food was not great some days. Room was very small but the price was decent. Not ski in ski out. Ski area is huge.

Great club, small size and Family atmosphere and great animations for kids and parents. Tignes has great free of charge offer for families or friends

Good location near ski lifts and other areas you'd want to visit. That said, the breakfast was rather disappointing, particuarly the cooked food (in fairness the dinners were much better quality) and the rooms were a combination of having extremely dry air and being too hot which led to not a single nights good sleep (a view shared across the 5 rooms we had throughout the hotel as a party).

Just spent a week in the hotel and it is great. The location is perfect, the food is absolutely fine, terrific breakfast, mains could be improved (meats) but if you choose right perfectly okay. The facilities are excellent, including rooms, spotless. The staff (Alexis) are so nice, helpful, can’t do enough. All in all a great choice.

rather positive experience, not as bad as many say here my detailed review: Arrival: I drove there on saturday (advice to everyone: never arrive on saturday due to severe traffic jams from Albertville to Moutiers). Arrived at 7pm to check in. I think the check in time window (5-7pm and 5-8pm on saturday) is a bit short. The hotel is easy to find in Val Claret and you can park your car temporarily...

If this hotel invested just a little more into itself, this place could be awesome. It is in a fantastic location with lots of oppotunity to impress, but sadly it's run down, dated, dirty and neglected. Pros - A lot of reviewers criticised the service, however we found the service to be good. Thomas in the dining room was wonderfully polite, attentive and incredibly hard working. A pleasure to meet...

The best thing about this apartment is the location, you ski in and ski out and it is less than a minute walk from the ski lift. The actual rooms could be better but you get what you pay for (there is some mould) and it has all the basic amenities apart from an oven. The service could be better, reception doesn’t open until 4 so if you have an early flight you have to wait around. Overall, its okay...

3min walk to the lift (Tichot, Bollin, Borsat) in center of Val Claret. easy to get and go by bus (Altibus / Alpybus) from Geneva, Bourg St Maurice etc. kind staff helpful always. nice wellness with sauna. meals with great variety so worth half-board (couldnt find similar price in the whole Alps)

Could not recommend the hotel enough. If we return to Tignes we will definitely stay again. The food was the best we have had on a skiing trip. The hotel was cosy and inviting and the staff very pleasant. Ideally situated for the slopes which were three minutes walk away. A fantastic spa for relaxing after a day in the slopes.

Very friendly staff! Nice, spacious and clean rooms, although the carpets are end of life. Food is very good, great tast. A bit more variaty would make it even better! Good location in Tignes 2100

This is a nice hotel not ski in ski out but with very friendly staff. Rooms need to be updated. We didn’t take the 1/2 board but did eat dinner one night there and it was ok but not outstanding. Breakfasts were good. I’d recommend the hotel but at the price I expected more.

Practical and comfortable room. Great food, interesting but not too pretentious. Great staff, professional and very friendly. Very good ski/boot room.

We loved staying here, it was in the perfect location easily walkable to lift, cosy and comfortable, good food and staff were super helpful. Its probably in need of a little refurb with worn carpets on the stairs and paint in the bathrooms but otherwise really lovely.

A wonderful place to stay for a week. The hotel is a short walk from the main drag and base of the ski lifts. The interior is lovely, and the rooms are attractive and comfortable. There is a spa on the lower floor with a sauna, steam room and open air heated pool with incredible views. The food in the restaurant was generally to a high standard - not as much choice as some of the chain hotels, but...

The hotel was conveniently situated, and the rooms themselves were fine overall. The cleanliness was acceptable but little attention to detail, such as beds being horribly made and being very uncomfortable.i Unfortunately the staff was quite rude, especially the reception staff and the lady working during breakfast. At one point, I accidentally left my room key with a friend I was sharing the room...

Great classic French ski hotel. Fantastic location and handy for local restaurants. Boot room spacious

Great classic French ski hotel. Fantastic location and handy for local restaurants. Boot room spacious

We were looking for a hotel located close to ski school and restaurants. This hotel met our requirements. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good ski room to store our boots and skis. Easy access to the slopes.

A nice hotel with perfect location with friendly staff that really try to help with everything including sending back forgotten things. Really nice spa! Rooms are great but not exklusive. Breakfast good but could use som more vegetables but had plenty of fruits and bacon and eggs. We will come back!

We stayed at Le Levanna for a week in March 2026, and loved every moment of our stay. We found the hotel easily (right next to the ski school area) and settled in quickly. The room was ground floor and was perfect - very comfy bed, fridge, safe, tea and coffee - and with a spectacular view of the mountains from the balcony. The hotel reception staff were brilliant and they handled all our questions...

Good quality rooms and furnishings. Room was able to fit 5 but for longer stays would suit family of 4 better. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Very friendly and helpful staff always eager to assist during our stay. Good spacious room, excellent food and great location.

Let me start with the positive side. The people and the location (from the ski cellar you step directly in the ski gondola) are top. Beacuse of that I came back to the hotel. With joining Etincelles I thought the facilities would have had an sincere upgrade. I felt disappointed on that part. Bar was really not attractive, no reason to be there unless you are able to sit outside. The restaurant had...

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel on the half board basis. Our room was comfy and the balcony overlooked the slopes.

If you want to spend week or more in the middle of carusel of lifts where the snow rarely becomes wet and heavy this place is what are you looking for. Just come and explore.

Very good location, love the bar/lounge area with fire place. Mountain view, good size room, sauna was good with a small pool.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms and perfectly located for the slopes :) would definitely return.

Super convenient location - less than 5 minutes walk to runs, lifts etc. Small issue with our room which was resolved quickly. Fabulous staff across the hotel. Would recommend!

The hotel is lovely and our room was very nice however our. Daughters room just next door was completely different The separate toilet room is so small you can’t shut the door while on the loo. The food was terrible there wasn’t enough to feed a puppy I’m burning an extra 1500 calories a day while skiing and there wasn’t enough food or enough variety Only a ne choice of pudding. (Protein and carbs...

Very pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel L’Aiguille Perceé. In particular Eulalie was extremely helpful and understanding when my partner broke his leg. She was very attentive and a huge help. Thank you to all the staff and Eulalie.

Wonderful hotel in great location. There was so much to like at this hotel. Our room was clean and spacious with a decent sized bathroom with large heated towel rail (which was very useful once the heating was repaired; it didn't work for the first two days). There were additional hooks on door and wall for hanging outdoor ski wear. The lighting was thoughtful with good lighting for both reading and...

Really enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back. Staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is nice, room quality is good, spacious and clean, easy access to restaurants, shops and bars. Excellently located to get to the lifts (2min walk to allow a ski down to the main lifts Tichot, Bollin, Les Lanches and Funiculaire (to get up to Grande Motte). Includes to a...

Stayed in a twin room. Very spacious and clean. Excellent Views of the mountain/pistes from the room. Practically ski in ski out. Just cross the road and ski down to the lifts. Ski room has individual ski locks for each room and boot warmer rack. Would choose again.

Excellent stay here, couldn’t be closer to the slopes or restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, cosy room with comfy bed. Breakfast with a view was lovely. As we were checking out at 7am they provided us with a little breakfast bag for our travels home which was a really nice touch. Also lockers for skis and heated racks to dry boots. Thank you so much ! View from our room below.

Lovely small hotel in a fabulous location. Room as expected and facilities good. Ski room great and so easy to access our stuff and get straight outside. Breakfast was ok but only ok. Only scrambled eggs and bacon each day as hot choice was limiting. Coffee machine often run out of coffee when we had breakfast a bit later - disappointing to say the least. Staff were pleasant but not what I was expecting...

We booked this last minute - day before as we had a hotel for a week booked in Val d'Isère but arrived a day early so needed a night in a hotel. We had 2 rooms, we are a family of 4. The hotel is very conveniently located, very near ski lift and many restaurants. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. It is fairly basic but if you are going to be out most of the time skiing and then out for dinner...

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel, we came for a weeks skiing holiday through Crystal and the hotel was a perfect location for us right next to a lift! The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and it was warm which was nice to get ski stuff dried. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning, there was plenty to choose from and was all very good!

This is a lovely family run hotel, 50m from the slopes. The staff were great and the breakfast is amazing. The facilities are fine and the sauna and spa area is perfect for those aching bones after a day skiing. The bar is a nice place to relax in the evening and there are plenty of nearby eateries. I will return!

The view on the south is very nice. The rooms are clean and the spa is very good. Stay is very much appreciated.

Family friendly, cozy place. Great location. For beginners there is no need to get a skipass as the nearest skilift is FREE and slope is great to practice. Hotel has a good deal with the nearest rental shop as well so check with the reception. Clean and nice spa/sauna with access to area outside with snow for better winter sauna experience. Breakfast is nice, lots of tasty food available. No...

We had a fantastic ski week at Hotel Le Paquis! The location is unbeatable, so close to the slopes and the views are amazing. The rooms are a bit small, but they had everything we needed. It was our first stay, but definitely not our last. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff, especially Jeanne, are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is basic but has enough variety to cater to all tastes and is plentiful. Rooms are a good size with good wardrobe/storage space and are cleaned daily. Our room had a balcony - it was lovely to sit and enjoy the surroundings after a hard days skiing (still wearing ski clothes though as it was freezing!) Hotel has a good size locker/boot...

What an excellent hotel. With comfortable rooms and lifts where needed. This hotel really provided all that I needed. With plenty of good restaurants nearby, and a good breakfast choice. A sauna, hammam and jacuzzi after a days skiing is perfect. Tignes is busy, and Le Paquis offers really good accommodation at a great price.

Very good location. Ski in/out. Friendly staff. Don’t expect something big, new or fancy. Nice bakery next door.

This accomodation was a great place for my solo trip to Tignes, it was right on the slopes with a chairlift within 30 meters of the front door, as for the room, it had everything that was needed and was fully functional and comfortable.

I had a very positive experience at Vacancéole - Le Borsat IV. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were polite and helpful — they explained where to find the ski lifts, shops, tobacco stores, and bars. Other hotel staff were also friendly and responsible. The location is perfect — just a few steps from the TUF lift, accessible through the ski locker room. From there, you can ski down to...

We really enjoyed our stay. The standards correspond to the price, however, the location is above everything else. You ski directly to bottom of Grande Motte funicular, which means you are the first at the top of the mountain.

I was few times in 4 pc. apartment. Apartment is near center of Tignes building have two lifts, correct clean, have dishwasher, tv, balcony , ski locker is ski in and ski out, just near ski lift's it's perfect for skier's. Reception staff is very kindly.

Perfect, quiet hotel in a great location. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. View from the balcony - breathtaking. Super close to the town and slopes! Highly recommended!:)

Amazing location, very friendly staff and nice premises. Highly recommend!

I can't tell you just how much we love this little 2 star hotel, Hotel le Terril Blanc. It's a cute family run hotel and been in the same hands since it was built. The lovely Beatrice who checked us in, is one of the daughters of the owner and she stayed up late to make sure she could give us a warm welcome when we finally arrived. The bedroom was large and incredibly warm. We really enjoyed the views...

A nice friendly hotel in a perfect location for skiing in Tignes. We had a cozy room for 3 people with a great view over the lake. Breakfast was basic - bread, croissants, juice and coffee but perfectly adequate for us. The owner was very kind made sure we could have a very early breakfast in our mast day as we were leaving early. The free ski bus stops right outside and there is a nice, warm ski...

Very friendly and reasonably priced hotel perfectly located on the banks of Le Lac. We were a small family group looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay after a hard days skiing and this fitted our requirements perfectly. No complaints at all!

This hotel is nicely located by the lake and within a short walk to the lifts. It also has a bus stop right at the door. We used to walk to the main lifts in the morning (couple of hundred meters away) and then ski down almost to the hotel in the afternoon. It is a very simple hotel, but it is also cheaper than almost everything else around. The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast is pretty...

Spent a week at this fantastic hotel, had half board and the food is out of this world, suite was luxury and the staff very friendly and attentive, would 100% recommend

Everything you need from a hotel in the mountains with nice thoughtful touches. This hotel isn’t what you would expect for a 5* - I agree the interior isn’t modern but modern doesn’t really suit the alps! This hotel is chic and spotless - exceptionally clean in fact. The staff are helpful and the sauna + stream room - not modern I agree but great - large size and the pool is amazing for overlooking...

Excellent location, truly is ski to door, suites give plenty of space, food is amazing, staff really helpful. Minor annoyances - fridge in the room have been nice, lock on ski store doors was troublesome. But not a big deal!

Excellent staff and comfortable rooms in a good ski in/out location. High end restaurant and quiet bar.

It was an excellent experience and would definitely like to stay again in the future. The rooms were spacious, the bar was cosy and staff was super helpful throughout the stay! Big plus was the free shuttle service across Tignes.

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderfull breakfast, good food, nice views, ski-in and ski-out. Will come back.

Not bad but not four stars. Pros: it truly is ski in and ski out. Very handy for the slopes. One boot room is very accessible, the other a walk with two flights of stairs. The rooms are spacious with nice view and balcony. Nice view at breakfast. The sauna and steam room are great, good showers and quality. Cons: this is not four star in service or provision. The hotel is a walk up a massively...

Overall a great place to stay. Great snow holiday. Rooms on the small side. Paper cups in the room, WiFi poor. Outdoor pool and sauna great. Let down by poor house keeping. There was an apple on stairwell for 4 days which then started to rot, reported it several times still there on departure. Started to smell bad. Breakfast had plenty, eggs were rather rubbery. You have to forward plan and pre book...

This was our first stay at this hotel and we have booked for next year already. The room was superb, clean, roomy and warm. The corridors may be a little cool, but so what. Boot rooms were the best ever, individual lockers which were roomy and with individual boot & glove heaters. Dinner in Les chanterelles was exteremely varied and interesting, but always superb The restaurant staff were all very...

Very nice and cozy hotel, location is great, very clean and confortable. Breakfast can be improved a lot but ok. And shower preassure was too low

Hotel was very welcoming, all staff the were helpful and pleasant. Rooms well mainted and warm.Swimming pool was warm(not cold like some reports). Meals in the three restaurants used, were tasty and the service was good.Hired our sking equipment from the shop within the hotel, service was good and the equipment was well maintained.Public areas were relaxing along with a real log fire. The ski room was...

Ski in and out hotel. And have 4 different restaurants for dinner. Very family friendly .
