I wanted to share my opinion of this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and it was good. Things that i wish the hotel probably can improve is the beds, unfortunately it’s not comfortable at all, the other hand is we still can hear the vehicles, bird chirping and people talking outside of our room even the windows are closed and it’s not comfortable at all in the evening to sleep. The room was nice, with a balcony and furniture. I arrived on a Sunday, so almost all shops were closed except for a few restaurants. There were quite a few tourists at the attractions, and the open restaurants had long queues. The hotel's parking lot was quite spacious.

Hotel has just been renovated. The location is good albeit on the outskirts of the town but this isn’t a problem. We had originally intended to stay at the Mercure Colmar last Christmas. Due to a family emergency we had to change our plans and stayed at the hotel in September. We were in a Privilege Room and it was so nice and well located where we didn’t have any noise or traffic from other guests. Great hotel with perfect location. Best buffet breakfast ever with very helpful smiling staff. Polite and helpful reception. just one slight criticism that the cleaning of the bedrooms was rather slow, We had to vacate our room on two occasions late in the afternoon to have the room cleaned and the second time we had to actually request a room clean. Overall, everything was excellent; we spent one night there. It was quite convenient to get to by car, and there's free on-site parking for guests. The room has everything you need (except a fridge, of course), including tea, coffee, cups, water, and a kettle. Everything seemed clean and tidy, and the room was warm enough.

Good, clean hotel with medium-sized rooms and a generous breakfast. Perfect location for driving around Colmar and the surrounding villages. Colmar city center is a 6-minute drive away. Free parking is available underneath the hotel.

The room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable, but the facilities were a bit basic. There was no laundry service or laundry room, and no mini-fridge in the room, but you could ask the front desk to store your refrigerator there. The location was convenient if you were driving.

The room was small, smaller than expected, but the shower had plenty of hot water. There were no supermarkets nearby, and the location was quite remote, so you had to drive out to buy things. There was no refrigerator, but it wasn't a problem for a one-night stay. It's very close to Colmar, just a 10-minute drive away.

Because it is located right in front of Colmar Station, it is a very good hotel for those arriving late at night. The tourist attractions are also about a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. However, the room felt a bit old, which was disappointing. The shower water pressure was weak, and the hair dryer was quite old with low airflow.

Everything was truly spotless. It's right in front of the station, and all the famous spots in Colmar are less than a 20-minute walk away. Everything was excellent, and I'd love to stay here again when I visit.

Almost anything in Colmar seems to be a bit expensive for a small town. This hotel is a bit of walk from the center.

If this is your first time visiting Colmar and you're traveling by train with large luggage, I highly recommend staying here. Although it's a bit far from the train station, you can easily reach it by taking bus C from right outside the station to Hop Schweitzer (a 10-minute ride). The fare is €1.50 per person, with free transfers within the first hour. The hotel is right outside Hop Schweitzer....

Exceeded expectations!!! The hotel also has parking right outside, which is super convenient! The hotel is excellent value for money, and the Old Town area is a 5-10 minute walk away. One thing to note is that there's no elevator. Since we had luggage, we asked the front desk to arrange a room on the ground floor, saving us the hassle of carrying heavy luggage up the stairs.

We had really good experience. The room was perfectly clean. A big plus is they have flooring instead of carpets which feels much cleaner. A big plus is we could already check in at 12:00. The hotel is conveniently located within a 12-minute walk of the old town. Vietnamese and Thai restaurants are also nearby. Paid parking is also available. However, if you have large luggage, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, as the rooms are quite small.

It's OK, but the area is very small. This hotel chain has many locations. I also stayed in this hotel in Paris. There is also one in Zurich, although it is small and relatively cheap.

Average hotel location is not bad less than 10 minutes walk to main attractions there are tons of other hotels but usually colmar is very busy during Christmas holidays it’s recommended to book a hotel with a lot of time in advance , rooms are clean and small but more than enough if you are not planning to stay a long time at the room

About 10 mins walk from colmar station. Housekeeper is good, they folded our Pyjamas. However, there is a dried pee smell in the toilet area, although it looks clean. Could be the toilet bowl surface or the flooring that is permanently stained.

My stay at hotel Ibis in Colmar. This was not an exclusive kind of hotel but it was very fresh and the service standard was outstanding. I am 73 years old and have stayed at hotel all over the world but very seldom experienced this kind of service level. If I ever will come back to Colmar I will for sure book at this hotel once again. From the 4 stars given and photos shown for this hotel, I was expecting something a whole lot more than what we had. The room was so small, we could barely get around in it, and we aren’t large people. Only one side of the bed had an outlet, so had to plug in phone and watch over on small table that was crowded with a coffee pot and glassware. The condition of the room and bathroom was very outdated...
