Six years later, we stayed at the hotel again. The updated room was very comfortable, small but fully equipped and functional. The breakfast was excellent, the front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was quiet. Parking was convenient and safe.

There was just a minor incident. An attractive African female employee came to clean, and my wife, seeing the hotel's stylish decor, was taking photos in the hallway. The employee opened the door and entered the hallway (see picture three), but didn't take a picture of her. She then insisted on seeing my wife's camera, unaware that her behavior also violated our privacy. To avoid conflict, we showed the camera to her and the front desk. We were there for a trip to Colmar and had no ill intentions, but the experience was still very unfriendly. We'll probably avoid this place in the future.

The hotel environment was quite nice, with complete facilities, and there were plenty of snacks and tea available at the reception area. The rooms were a bit small, but quite clean.

Hotel Gustave is purely amazing. Clean and modern renovations, fun lobby with some games and lounging area - free coffee and flavoured waters. Rooms are cozy and well kept. In the heat, air conditioning was great. Also, if anyone’s looking to get some work done, Wifi’s pretty solid too. 10min walk into the central city. Highly recommend it!

Exceeded expectations!!! The hotel also has parking right outside, which is super convenient! The hotel is excellent value for money, and the Old Town area is a 5-10 minute walk away.
One thing to note is that there's no elevator. Since we had luggage, we asked the front desk to arrange a room on the ground floor, saving us the hassle of carrying heavy luggage up the stairs.

Good location to be close to the city, very friendly customer service and I really recommend to take the option with the breakfast included! Totally worth it!!!!! :)

I stayed a night there on business trip. They have private parking for free directly outside the hotel which is convenient. The hotel is small but very cute and has a nice vibe. The staff is super friendly. They have a billiard table at the lobby, a little place to sit at the entrance to relax with a drink. It's a nice little boutique hot, and very convenient to stay when in Colmar. Many people were tourist who stayed there. They have also a lot of maps and activities recommendation for people who came to visit the city. I'm happy with my stay.

The hotel is just a little walk away from the main area but is really worth to enjoy the tranquility. Rooms and decor are all brand new. Highly reccomend

Modern and clean. We stopped for one night only whilst touring the area. We chose the Hotel for the parking which was busy but we squeezed in, A single ev charging facility was occupied. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The location is not far from the old town, the price is affordable, the service is thoughtful, the room is small but has everything you need. Very suitable for a short stay of one or two days.
