Reviews
Although it's a bit far from the train station, you can easily reach it by taking bus C from right outside the station to Hop Schweitzer (a 10-minute ride). The fare is €1.50 per person, with free transfers within the first hour.
The hotel is right outside Hop Schweitzer. This is the shortest route I found so far that allowed me to drag my heavy luggage. To get to the town center or the train station, you can also take bus C across the street. Buses run every 20 minutes; you can check the arrival times on Google Maps.

My first impression was one of warmth, especially during the Christmas season.
The space isn't large, like the living room of a small apartment. You can feel the thoughtful touches.
Breakfast, as other reviews have mentioned, was very plentiful and excellent. A variety of whole cheeses are available for you to help yourself; you can find the same types in cheese shops throughout town. There's also a good selection of ham slices.
There are 6-7 different types of bread to choose from, and the homemade jams are excellent, especially the strawberry jam—not too sweet and goes well with everything. It's the most unique strawberry jam I've ever had. The DIY boiled egg experience was fantastic!
The coffee machine, yogurt, and fruit are just average. The self-service handmade tea bags are a highlight; there are seven different choices, each significantly different from commercially available tea bags.
A paid dinner is served in the restaurant in the evening; reservations are required at the front desk.
The room is the biggest disappointment; it's very small, despite showing some clever design elements. There's no smart TV. The wall-mounted hairdryer is weak and ineffective, and the water pressure is low and fluctuates between hot and cold. The bathroom, though small, has a large towel dryer; if you need to hand-wash clothes, they'll be ready in about 3-4 hours after wringing them dry. The bed is small and lacks support. It might be more suitable for one person. There is no refrigerator. If you need more space, you'll need to increase your budget and upgrade to a higher room.
During the Christmas holidays, even basic accommodation here will exceed 200 euros. Personally, I think its advantages outweigh its disadvantages.
