Magnificent apartments in the center of Colmar. The owner is charming and always gives good advice. Everything is very clean, I really enjoyed it here. Don't hesitate, whether you're a family or a couple, this is the perfect place to stay in the center of Colmar. Thank you for everything, we'll be back.

My wife and I had a very relaxing stay in Colmar at this beautiful hotel. The room facing the main street one floor up from ground was spacious and cozy. Great view of the beautiful village! The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent. The room was modern and clean. Every morning the staff sent us an amazing breakfast to the room! The staff were all very friendly and kind! Special thank you to them all! We were recovering from jet lag and this was the perfect place for it! We spent four nights here which I thought was going to be too many when planning this trip, but it turned out to be the perfect amount of time here. Also it has a nice bath tub which was great way to warm up after exploring the villages in the winter. This is definitely the best place to stay if you want to explore Colmar!

Our stay at La Maison Des Tetes - Relais & Châteaux was simply magical ! The 17th-century building is absolutely unique and is on an ideal location allowing easy walking access to all of Colmar's attractions, such as "Little Venice" and the Unterlinden Museum. The rooms perfectly blend Alsatian charm with 21st-century luxury and modern comforts. They were spacious, and well-appointed, offering a sense of calm and relaxation. The bathroom was also wonderful, with high-quality amenities and a large walk-in shower. The staff was exceptionally polite, helpful, and eager to offer excellent suggestions.. The attention to detail, like a sweet farewell treat from the hotel's patisserie, was a lovely touch.

My wife and I stayed here four nights for the second leg of our Christmas Market adventure. Everything about this hotel - the staff, food, proximity to this amazingly charming town, and our room (that overlooked the lovely courtyard) exceeded our high expectations. Our bathroom was a 10 out of 10. It had a large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and a large vanity with dual sinks. The best service we have had in a long time. You call for this or that and happily it is expedited to your room. We both commented that everyone was smiling and more than happy to help in every way. The breakfast was a real treat- both presentation and quality. Final thought- it was so enjoyable we wished we could have stayed longer.

A charming and perfect launch point to explore Colmar Christmas markets- which are arguably some of the best! Just walk out the door of this 400 year old plus inn and be on your way. The beds were so comfy I slept the best I have in 4 years. The place was spotless. The food was delicious, although i was expecting a buffet style breakfast but it was a served breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again. The holiday decor in the courtyard was beautiful!

My husband and I took our adult children on a getaway to Paris and then Alsace. It was a great plan and La Maison Des Tetes was a perfect place to settle for our 3 nights in Colmar. The very well-trained staff executed flawlessly on every single aspect of our time there and I particularly appreciated the level of detail, catering to my dining needs. I have celiac disease and had mentioned that when I reserved our rooms months ago,as I knew breakfasts were included with our reservation. At dinner and every morning at breakfast I was provided with absolutely delicious gluten-free offerings. This is the type of attention and effort that make the difference in a property and its designation as a Relais & Chateaux jewel. The breakfasts are not to be believed. In addition to the best yogurt you have ever consumed in your life, with amazing granola and fresh fruit, omelettes are made to order and the breads, croissants and muffins brought to your table (or your room!) are beautiful and delicious. Manuele deserves a call out for her friendly service and the way she anticipates needs and assists. Our three rooms were elegant, comfortable and quiet. The rainfall showers were particularly enjoyed by our crew. It was noticeable that Eric Girardin, the chef and co-owner of the property, was constantly on site, stopping in the Brasserie to meet with people and observe guests enjoying themselves. We saw him early in the morning, during dinner and strolling through the lobby at other times. He is clearly hands on and it shows. A+ to all at La Maison des Tetes and thanks for the parting sweet gifts, for our train ride back to Paris! P/S I recommend Nathan's taxi service for transport from the train to the inn. Very central, attentive staff, and spotlessly clean, and having a parking lot is a great advantage. We truly felt the history while staying there.
