Hotel is ok for the money but at the expense of other stuff Noise - heating unit starts every night 1:40 and 7:40 on the morning making a noise that will wake you up. We used AirPods to cut the noise for 2 nights cleanliness - although there is daily cleaning, the floors were not clean, as well as some areas around window and ceiling Staff - friendly at first but they won’t really help you a lot tbh...

It is hot in here! It is an excellent hotel. It is modern and new. Exceptionally clean and great service. Except, there is no air contdition per se. What they have as a ceiling cooling is not sufficient enough for a comfortable stay. Room temperature was easy 77F - 25C plus. If you are a cold natured traveler, I would certainly recommend the stay.

Area was further than we expect from the Strasboug market however the tram worked incredibly well. The hotel it self is spotless with the nicest staff. We loved our stay!!!

The woman at reception was lovely, very nice. The room itself was very clean, the bathroom was spotless. The decor almost made us throw up however. I know they are themed rooms, but classy would have been much nicer than cheap and cheesy. We got the "Hilde" room, based on a movie with Heike Makatsch. The carpets were shag and hot pink (and old and worn) and the headboard was a bunch of fake plastic...

Very nice hotel! The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is very well located. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Room was fine but the staff at dinner were not very welcoming. We had a dinner reservation for 7 pm and the maitre’d was not very welcoming and service was slow.

This is my second stay at a Hirsch hotel and I absolutely love this chain! The hotels are always lovely, clean, and perfect! Can’t wait to stay again!

The restaurant at the hotel is phenomenal! The room was very clean and comfortable! The train was few steps away!

We were transferred to this hotel due to problems at our original hotel. Our original hotel was old, tired with very rude staff and awful food. The Hirsch was opposite - the staff were extremely helpful and the room was excellent. We would be very happy to stay here again.

A jewel of a little German Lodge in the lovely little hamlet of Kork. The hotel is in an historic old brewery and owned by the same family for a hundred years. We stayed during our visit to Strasbourg Christmas Markets early December. The hotel is very clean, and across the street from Tram D station which take you to the main attractions in Strasbourg in less than 20 minutes. That was the big plus for us. Spacious and clean room, nice stay. The bus stop is very convenient. It’s right across the street and takes you into Strasbourg in 25 min. Would have liked a better pillow and a better mattress cover sheet. Mattress is comfortable. Quiet and safe area.

Does what it says. Good place to stay for Strasbourg on tram D route takes you from main station to hotel.

I've stayed at Europa Hotel for over 10 years but the standard is unfortunately going down, despite increasing prices. The latest: self check-in (and check-out), room cleaning only upon request and canned (v. fresh) fruit for breakfast.

Traveling solo with pet The room lacked a kettle for making coffee or tea. Providing this basic amenity would greatly enhance guests' comfort, especially when dining options are limited due to restrictions on pets in certain areas. Overall the hotel staff were very friendly and understanding, the tram station is across the road, and in 20 minutes one arrives in the center of Strasbourg.

A cozy place in a quiet little town, across the street from a gas station and not too far of a walk from restaurants either. Superb location on the Franco-German border close to Strasbourg. The service was warm and welcoming; however, the experience was marred by some aging and broken equipment.

Somewhere to stay when the hotels in Strasbourg are too expensive or unavailable. Great tram and rail link from directly outside the hotel. Area of Kehl is a bit grim and car dependent but the hotel is fine, clean and well equipped, with automated check-in and out procedures (a bit finicky but worked in the end). A shopping mall nearby. Didn't interact with staff at all as we arrived late and left...

Really clean room, the easiest thing about transportation and an amazing breakfast spread. Also the staff was really nice.

Not in the central of Strasbourg but there’s a direct tram that takes you straight to the hotel after about a 2 mins walk. May not be the fanciest but just what I needed for a good night’s rest. Overall for this price, worth the stay!

The hotel is at a very convenient location both close to Kehl town center and the border to France. The tram station is just outside the hotel front entrance which can take the Tram Route D to visit Strasbourg. Highly recommended for people traveling in Germany but would like to have a day trip to Strasbourg.

A wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The proximity to do many places and things to see, and the ratio of price-to-value was unbeatable. It may not be the fanciest hotel in the region, but it was exactly what I was looking for.

We stayed there just one night. Nice and clean room. Good service and very good breakfast. The hôtel is located 6 minutes by foot from the tram D. You can easily visit Strasbourg and sleep in Khel. The hotel have a restaurant too. Highly recommend.

Ok hotel in Kehl Good location in Kehl with good comminucation to Strasbourg. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was not the best but it was coffie and breed. The check out time was after the breakfast with was a little bit to early.

Good basic lodging and less expensive option than staying right in Strasbourg. This hotel is just over the bridge and is a 10 minute, easy, and cheap tram ride to the center of Strasbourg.

It's only about a 15-minute walk from the train station and an even shorter walk if you take the tram D from Strasbourg Train Station. The breakfast is adequate, but. not stunning.
