3 star hotels in Strasbourg

there is no service or making up of rooms daily for this apartment hotel. the trash will not be cleared daily. it is a walking distance from the strasbourg station. there are also no shampoo provided but an all in one body wash and hand soap. the room is well furnished with kitchen necessity and enabled us to microwave or boil/cook water during our stay.

If I'd paid a reasonable price, it would have been a decent residence hotel, but I paid way too much for it, so I'm not entirely satisfied. The whole city of Strasbourg seems to be very cunningly exploiting the Christmas special. I'll never stay in Strasbourg again. It seemed like a place that would have been fine for around €100...

It was freezing in the room, and I complained to reception. The response was that the government didn't allow them to set the temperature above 21 degrees Celsius... when it was 3 degrees outside and freezing cold throughout the hotel, except for the reception area, which, oddly enough, was pleasantly warm. The hotel was close to downtown and Strasbourg Station, making it easy to get around on foot. There was a supermarket right in front, making grocery shopping convenient. However, the hotel facilities were a bit dated, and the bathroom sink seemed to have been remodeled.

About a 15-20 minute walk to the city center, clean, spacious rooms, working air conditioning, great shower, microwave/kitchenette not used but available, functional rooms without soul. Elevator doesn't work, parking apparently no longer available, street parking is possible, but for a maximum of 3 hours for €35, very noisy in the lobby and breakfast room.

Looks like it's on a main road, but it's actually right in the city center. The environment is really good, and the parking lot is right next to the hotel. The service attitude is excellent, I felt very comfortable. Thumbs up to the staff!

Don't listen to the bad reviews, the place has evidently had a big renovation done. The rooms are super clean with modern glass showers. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking around the city centre and right across the road from the train station. Great central location, very clean, and the continental breakfast is surprisingly good. Loved the free coffee machine and water station in the lobby. On the downside, daily room cleaning costs extra, and the check-in (after 15:00) / check-out (before 11:00) times feel a bit strict. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We chose it because of its central location and excellent transport links (as you can see in the photo from the window). I recommend it to anyone visiting the Christmas markets. There's a bus and tram stop right outside and to the side of the hotel, which makes it very convenient.

Good location. Although it's a few kilometers from the center, it's located on a main road that makes it very easy to get to and around the city. It's a quiet area. Parking is available at the hotel, another important factor when traveling by car, as we did.

Hotel room was ok. Everything was clean but basic. No hot tea or coffee in room. The shower was awful, water spilled all over the bathroom floor. No way to contain it. It was incredibly hot in the room. The AC did not work nor did setting a lower temp. Thankfully we could open the window. The city center can be reached via tram line A. The stop is a 5-minute walk away and the ride is a 10-minute walk. Very good value for money. Therefore, it's absolutely fine if you don't absolutely need to stay in the city center.

The area was centrally located near public transportation which made it easy to go to/from city center.

Simple, compact, and yet very well located! My wife and I visited Alsace region early November and stayed in this hotel overnight in transit. Not good as a home base but excellent if just overnighting! I do have one complaint: the shower head is absolutely unuseable mounted on the wall and you must hold it in your hand! They don't seem to test their facilities personally :-)
