The room is small, with very basic facilities. The cleanliness of the room can be much improved. The continental breakfast offers a good selection of items. The location is convenient for exploring the city centre.

Great central location, very clean, and the continental breakfast is surprisingly good. Loved the free coffee machine and water station in the lobby. On the downside, daily room cleaning costs extra, and the check-in (after 15:00) / check-out (before 11:00) times feel a bit strict. A little more guest-friendly flexibility would make the stay even better.

The hotel is an ibis so not great interior design for rooms. A little strange to find fish wall paper in the rooms in Strasbourg. Overall ok however fine for visiting the city as a tourist.

Location of the hotel is convenient. 10 mins to the Cathedral by car. The overall vibe was good. There are parking spaces just outside the main entrance of the hotel. The overall service is good and the breakfast was also quite delicious.

Overall fantastic hotel, spacious and clean rooms with pretty views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. However it should be made clearer that the spa/sauna/pool are not included in the hotel price, and that a supplement is required of 20€ per hour of use of the spa. Really well priced, spacious room - we got the family room for three adults and there are two bunk beds located in a separate room with a pocket door for privacy (and a window). There aren’t any extras like a kettle, a safe or even facial tissues but still good value for the price. Less than a five minute walk from the train station, and an easy walk into old town. Looks like it's on a main road, but it's actually right in the city center. The environment is really good, and the parking lot is right next to the hotel. The service attitude is excellent, I felt very comfortable. Thumbs up to the staff!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We chose it because of its central location and excellent transport links (as you can see in the photo from the window). I recommend it to anyone visiting the Christmas markets. There's a bus and tram stop right outside and to the side of the hotel, which makes it very convenient.

Hotel well located for visiting Strasbourg on foot. Good value for money.

Good location. Although it's a few kilometers from the center, it's located on a main road that makes it very easy to get to and around the city. It's a quiet area. Parking is available at the hotel, another important factor when traveling by car, as we did.

The biggest advantage is its proximity to the station. The elevator is small, so be careful if you have luggage. Breakfast is practically nonexistent, it doesn't matter if you go early or late. The restaurant is on the second floor, right next to the stairs, so you won't be sleeping there in the mornings and evenings.

Location wise is very convenient if you're traveling via train coa the main train station is just a minute walk. Staff are friendly and nice.

The city center can be reached via tram line A. The stop is a 5-minute walk away and the ride is a 10-minute walk. Very good value for money. Therefore, it's absolutely fine if you don't absolutely need to stay in the city center.

Super convenient location, close to Strasbourg station and the city centre. Was here over Christmas and it’s just outside the main area which meant our suitcases didn’t need to undergo security check. Room was tiny but clean and staff was friendly. One downside was that there is only 1 lift and during peak hours it was quite slow.

Simple, compact, and yet very well located! My wife and I visited Alsace region early November and stayed in this hotel overnight in transit. Not good as a home base but excellent if just overnighting! I do have one complaint: the shower head is absolutely unuseable mounted on the wall and you must hold it in your hand! They don't seem to test their facilities personally :-)

This is a good visit. The recent renovations are excellent. The location is perfect. The staff was very good and helpful. Many of the staff that I interacted with are students at the university. They were all bright, engaging and a joy to talk to. I will return.
