We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The décor is elegant and beautifully done, creating a cozy atmosphere. Our room was stunning—very clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Everything was truly perfect, and our experience exceeded expectations. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Really friendly staff and green environment. Spacious and clean room! 5 mins walk to train station and 10 mins walk to downtown. Very recommended.

Great location near the train station.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety.
Staff were professional and welcoming.
We were kindly upgraded to a Premium room, which was a lovely surprise.

hotel was great! room is big enough to open two lugagges. shower was great, heated but the shower head doesnt stay in place, so you can only hold onto it while bathing. otherwise, use the rain shower. the shampoo and conditioner is quite drying and doesnt work well if you come from a more humid country. byo? theres a small supermarket nearby and area is quite walkable to the main tourist attractions. a mall nearby as well but didnt check that out. bedroom amenities are provided upon request. even though the ac didnt work at first but serviceman came by quickly to rectify. bed was comfy. tv casting doesnt work if youre looking to watch some shows. good stay though.

Really good hotel close to the city centre of Strasbourg. The staff is very friendly. Our room was on the last floor and very clean with a comfy bed.
I recommend you to use the spa. The gym could have more machines.

The only negative thing was during the breakfast, the restaurant space is too small and it was very crowded for all those guest.

What a wonderful hotel. The decoration of the room is very stylish, attention to details and makes you feel comfortable.
The mattress firm and of good quality. No need to say the room spotless clean The staff is super friendly at the frontdesk even when its crowded. The breakfast is extraordinary. I can't recommend it enough. So many choices of cheeses, fresh pressed orange juice machine and a homemade tuna pate. The crepes are delicious too. Top notch : glass water bottles in the room to be refilled at the breakfastroom to avoid plastic waste!! Near walking distance to the center. We will be back.

The hotel impressed us from the very beginning with its elegant décor and charming atmosphere. Our room was absolutely beautiful—spotless, comfortable, and decorated with great care, which made our stay so enjoyable. What truly stood out was the wonderful staff, always kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Everything was on the highest level, and we left with only the best memories. We would be happy to return here together again)

The hotel is excellent with breakfast, bedding, the bathroom. I hoped there was a coffee machine but hot chocolate made up for it. In the brealfast there was a fresh orange juice machine which I have never seen, it is quite popular.

It is a nice hotel. The windows open. They do not put a plastic condomlike cover on the mattress. Breakfast is decent although the scrambled eggs come from a box. I enjoyed the fresh orange juice, dates and nuts in the buffet breakfast. It was all very clean. The pool is very warm and pleasant with clean dressing rooms. However, charging 9 EUR for it is really ridiculous. High praise on water in a glass bottle in the room and top notch fire alarm and extinguishing equipment. The staff seems happy to work there which is not always the case in french hotels. Nice terrace and super selection of tees in the doom. I will come back.
