The single room was spacious enough for one person. The photos online are better than the reality, especially what comes to bathrooms. Carrelage was broken on the floor so I assume there will be humidity at one point. No shampoo or conditioner available. The heating / cooling system did not function properly in the room. The receptionist kindly found me an extra blanket. Ear plugs would have been useful...

This is a good visit. The recent renovations are excellent. The location is perfect. The staff was very good and helpful. Many of the staff that I interacted with are students at the university. They were all bright, engaging and a joy to talk to. I will return.

A very warm welcome and helpful suggestions. The availability of hot drinks was much appreciated at -4 degrees Celsius. There was a young multilingual Iranian receptionist who was very helpful. While the staff were friendly, he was voluntarily offering his help to guests. Apparently, he was really into his job; certainly enjoying it. The location is perfect. Within walking distance of a museum, city centre, river, and shops. Rooms are small and old but comfortable. I got so lucky picking a quiet hotel. Location was just far enough from the touristy cathedral square but still close enough to walk to reaching , although strasbourg’s transit system is amazing! I could have stayed further away and still access everything.

We stayed at Hotel Suisse during the Christmas holidays, we arrived on the 24th. The hotel was cute and in a great location, right in old town. The staff was super friendly and made our stay. The morning breakfast buffet was great. The rooms are a bit small but we still really enjoyed it.

Visited on a Monday for dinner around 6pm and it was not too busy. We were seated right away for a table of 4 on the 2nd floor. The sauerkraut and three fish was absolutely delicious. What an wonderful dinning experience in Strasbourg. I went to visit Alsace because my great grandma is from there and it was a great experience. I had the 8 meat Choucroute and it was a delight. It’s relatively small (5 stories) hotel very close to the train station. Very quiet. There was street noise that quieted down by midnight. The room size is typical euro size. Excellent breakfast for 11 euros. I would definitely stay again when in Strasbourg.

Great if you are travelling in by train as it’s very near the station. Awful lift, took forever to come but better than stairs I suppose. Great location, lots of shops and eateries close by and not far to walk for the main town. We never had breakfast at the hotel but there’s a Macdonald’s close by which was handy for a bit of cheap breakfast

This hotel is directly across the Gare/train station, and within easy walking distance from the old town squares, the Cathedral, and Petite France. Very convenient, location wise. Room was a little crowded/small for a double, but clean and comfortable. Immediately outside the hotel are lots of eateries/dining places. Would definitely stay here again.

there is no service or making up of rooms daily for this apartment hotel. the trash will not be cleared daily. it is a walking distance from the strasbourg station. there are also no shampoo provided but an all in one body wash and hand soap. the room is well furnished with kitchen necessity and enabled us to microwave or boil/cook water during our stay.

The hotel was close to downtown and Strasbourg Station, making it easy to get around on foot. There was a supermarket right in front, making grocery shopping convenient. However, the hotel facilities were a bit dated, and the bathroom sink seemed to have been remodeled.

About a 15-20 minute walk to the city center, clean, spacious rooms, working air conditioning, great shower, microwave/kitchenette not used but available, functional rooms without soul. Elevator doesn't work, parking apparently no longer available, street parking is possible, but for a maximum of 3 hours for €35, very noisy in the lobby and breakfast room.

The hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.
