Small old hotel don’t buy the morning breakfast it’s all bread. Nothing hot, hair dryer barely worked

Charming hotel ideally located in the heart of Strasbourg’s old town, right by the river. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Convenient public parking is available just across the street for about €20 per day. Once checked in, you won’t need the car anymore—everything worth discovering is within walking distance. We originally planned to stay for one night but ended up staying three. Prices are also very reasonable.

Great location which was important as a female solo traveller. However, during the night, the noise from nearby pubs and restaurants were loud. I had to open the windows for ventilation since it was winter and only the heater is on.

Overall, front desk staff were extremely friendly and amenities were ok

Very noisy, shower turns into a swimming pool... door stopper is a liability in middle of room, hurt my foot very badly...

I got so lucky picking a quiet hotel. Location was just far enough from the touristy cathedral square but still close enough to walk to reaching , although strasbourg’s transit system is amazing! I could have stayed further away and still access everything.

Room was NOT the one that was presented to me on Booking.com: it was much smaller and uglier than the one shown in the pictures.

Air conditioning in the room made a lot of noise.

Room was poorly insulated (neighbours noise audible).

Room not clean (dust, mold in shower)

Breakfast: poor, no fresh fruit.

Staff were either quite pretentious, or apathetic.

Breakfast menu quite limited - no fresh fruit.
Room was quite comfortable and spacious but low hanging lampshade and inconvenient positioning of door stopper hazardous.reported to concierge.
