I think the best way to describe this place is to tell how our experience was. Either a cleaning person or a burglar stole 170€, a pair of shoes and two perfumes from 4 different rooms in the course of two days. Some of the rooms are moldy, blood stained (the walls AND the bedsheets) and missing any cover on the cold and dirty stone floor. Unless you absolutely must, do not stay in this hotel. Some have pointed out the location as a highlight, but I would say that even it is pretty mediocre. There are no fridges nor any safety deposit boxes anywhere to be seen. The rooms are missing towels, curtains, fire alarms, toilet paper and even in some cases beds. The sinks flood on the floor and you can see traces of water damage on the roof. Basically meaning that the bathroom upstairs is flooding as well. Also, in every room there’s a hole in the wall. Don’t believe the good reviews about the breakfast either. It’s a croissant, a small yoghurt and the worst coffee known to man. In short: do not stay at this hotel in any circumstance.

Absolutely awful! I felt sorry for the staff they know they have a thankless task. First room, was unclean (long hair in bed), the room smelt, bathroom Was disgusting - we were only there for 1 night so we were moved. The other room was cleaner BUT it wasn’t great. Shower flooded the bathroom, sockets hung off the walls, mattress was 2” thick. Glad we didn’t give the €21 for 3 breakfasts. Private car park was good - but children were hanging around from neighbouring flats. As we left the vending machines were being removed !

Had water leakage from the ceiling in room 306. Despite multiple complaints, no one came to check in the room to resolve the problem. We were given towels to clean the wet floor and advised to move the bed OUR OWN SELVES. We had to spend 3 nights just like that in fear the water falls on our bed.
Towels are not given. You have to ask for it. Wifi doesn't work.
Rest, room was spacious and heater worked.
You wont receive any compensation for the inconvenience, from the hotel.

I was travelling with a large group for a school trip.
Half of the rooms had the wrong amount of beds (total amount of beds was correct). Extra beds were flimsy and mattresses didn't stay on the frame properly. Normal beds were comfortable enough. One of the rooms couldn't be locked and had to be switched. Multiple rooms didn't have the correct number of towels when we arrived, so towels and sometimes toilet paper had to be fetched from reception. Both sheets and towels sometimes had spots or stains on them.
Moisture damage could be seen on the ceiling in multiple places, including the reception area. Several light switches in the halls did not work. Halls also smelled strange in places, and water could be seen under some of the doors on the second floor.
MULTIPLE ROOMS WERE STOLEN FROM. Stolen goods included money, clothes/shoes/accessories and perfume. Reception claimed this was the first time such a thing had happened, but other reviews found online imply otherwise. The owner (?) was supposed to be working the next morning, but had conveniently left before the thefts could be discussed.

The stay was generally unpleasant, and the thefts made multiple people very concerned.
