Great central location, very clean, and the continental breakfast is surprisingly good. Loved the free coffee machine and water station in the lobby.

On the downside, daily room cleaning costs extra, and the check-in (after 15:00) / check-out (before 11:00) times feel a bit strict. A little more guest-friendly flexibility would make the stay even better.

Friendly Reception Staff. It’s only a few steps from the Christmas mark and it’s 10 minutes walk from the train station. Thank you so much for the coffee machine and the water and the water machine as well. If I would come back to Strasbourg, I would definitely Stay here again 😊

I don't usually write reviews, but it would be unfair if I didn't review this hotel. If I ever go back to Strasbourg, this is definitely the hotel I'll stay at. I want to go into great detail because every detail has been meticulously planned. First of all, the staff is truly friendly and helpful. My reservation was for one night, but I extended it for another. The hotel offers complimentary tea, coffee, and lemon water in two separate areas. I stayed in a room with a small kitchenette, and you'll find more than you need. The bathroom layout seemed unusual to me, but that's probably why; the ventilation is excellent. The location, breakfast, cleanliness, and definitely the price are all very good compared to similar hotels.

We stayed for 3 nights, 6 people (4 adults, 2 children) in the Apartment Deluxe. The apartment is modern, clean, and nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, with kettle, microwave and dishwasher (even the dishwasher tablets were provided).
The dining room is spacious and even with the sofa bed open, there was plenty of space. As a plus, there is a big terrace where you can chill after a long day of sightseeing.
And the location is superb, really near the center, with lots of restaurants and shops around the area. I will definitely stay there again.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in – perfect location right in the city center! We had a small apartment-style room that had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The price was fair for what was offered, and the hotel also provides car parking which was super convenient. I especially appreciated the free coffee and detox water available for guests – such a nice touch! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. 10/10
