Location is great. Room is very small. At the beginning it was quite cold and main heater in the room was not warm. Upon complaining they started the heater in the bathroom and then ot became warmer. I didn’t take breakfast so I don’t know if it’s good enough.

The staff went out of there way to help me multiple times. They were the nicest hosts I've ever had. So glad I chose this hotel. It's a short walk to the lake and there are outdoor shops and restaurants right outside the hotel.

The location is great, but the internet is bad, it kept disconnecting and I had to re-enter the password, the hair dryer is terrible.

Front desk associate was not terribly friendly or welcoming. Wasn’t necessarily rude, but was not at all helpful. Room was fine. I would have expected in-room coffee, but alas, no. Parking is very inexpensive at €12. One of the best parts of staying there. Good proximity to the lake and old village.

Just needs a bit of updating. For a family of 4, room was spacious, with a sofa bed for our 2 young children. Our room was ground floor in the annex. Helpful front desk staff, great location I really liked staying on this side of town. It's much quieter than the city center and it's a lovely walk along the lake to get into the city center (and there's the bus as plan b). Good price value hotel, directly in front of a bus stop to go to the city center (otherwise 20min straight walk, can't get lost). All you can expect from a 2 star hotel, friendliness atop. A small, unpretentious hotel in the city center. Special mention goes to the cleanliness and quality of the bedding. The food is decent. The value for money is good. Very suitable for business trips. It's one of the Logis de France hotels.

Amazing budget property close to Annecy.

Amazing stay at Hotel du Palais de l’Isle in Annecy. The receptionists were both incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is absolutely perfect and stunning, right in the heart of the city. The room was fantastic — comfortable and beautifully done. Highly recommended! Easy booking, wonderful room in a great, central location, it provided everything we needed, and they allowed us to bring our dog for an extra 11euro/day. Location was absolutely great for spending 3 days in Annecy. Bed was comfortable. There are some inconveniences with small elevators, but it is an old building, so too be expected. The Saint Claire parking was a good choice, not too far. However, the carpet was absolutely disgusting in the hotel room. The entire carpet was stained. If they fixed that, easy 5 star for the location and value.

Location is unbeatable in the heart of the pedestrianised old town. Discount parking about 300m away at the town hall car park. Easy to find.....it's over the bridge near le Palais de l'Isle....bright yellow and has it's name on the front (tho the entrance is down the side. We had a great stay at Le Flamboyant. The location is very good for traveling all around, with free parking. The room is spacious and clean, breakfast was good, although we missed some tommatos, which would be great if it was included :-) The staff was kind and helpful, we will recomend our friends to stay in this hotel .

Comfortable hotel at a 30m walk from the city center. Furthermore, there is a supermarket at a convenient 5m walk from the hotel, while the lake can be reached in approx. 10m. Ground floor is fully accessible by wheelchair / stroller and rooms are quote spacious (easily fitted out baby cot). Also, there is a dedicated load/unload parking spot and free parking space next to the hotel.

Clean room, really nice staff and a breakfast buffet with a lot of delicious things. The only thing that I did not realize when I booked is that they don't have an elevator, and the front desk is on the second floor, which is challenging when you have heavy suitcases.

For a 2-star hotel, it was serviceable but I would prob not return. The lady in reception was absolute nice, she helped us alot throughout our stay im Annecy. The room is okay with all the tuorist need, my room has a view directly to the old town street. Location is the best where it's right next to the old town, or you can say it's in the old town, couple of minutes to the bus station, so everything is in your control. Nice hotel but very noisy. We were given a room opposite a brewery and it is impossible to sleep. Guests slamming doors and shouting down the stairs. Difficult to rest.

The service was excellent and friendly despite our late arrival. The location is top-notch! Well, the room isn't really that great, but with the view of the backyard and the small hallways, it's somehow authentic. But please don't expect too much. The central location is simply fantastic.

The truth is that at first I was very happy, although the TV's control and Wi-Fi were very bad due to the place where it was located, the gentleman was worth it. In the end, he disrespected me, disgusted me, and I have no desire to remember that horrible old man.

I just stayed 3 days at this hotel because it’s right next to the Gare Centrale in Annecy. So it’s very well located few steps from the charming old town and all the restaurants, bars and shops.
