Perfect location opposite the train station, 2 minute walk from main shops and restaurants which meant it was quiet. Lovely friendly staff. It’s obviously newly renovated so some loose ends they are just tying up but we really liked it. Small rooms and is normal in hotels in Europe but enough space for two!

We stayed at this lovely hotel in Chamonix at the beginning of September, in room 205 this time. The first time was last year! We highly recommend places like this if you’re looking for authenticity. Really nice hotel in the heart of Chamonix centre. Nice interior design in the room we lived in and apparently PERFECT noice isolation, because we were not once disturbed by the best after ski Chamonix has to offer just two floors below our window. The personnel was greasy and offered first class service and the food was magnificent.

Stayed at this gem of a hotel, not far from the main train station and 10 min walk to the bus terminal. A very good location, shops and restaurants are a plenty. The hotel is quite ok and we had a fairly big room, bed was comfy, decor was ok, bathroom a little antiquated, breakfast was ok but the dining room was dimly lit.

The location is excellent; just a few steps to the left of the hotel is the Chamonix town center, with supermarkets, shopping malls, and restaurants all within easy reach. The cable car, bus station, and train station are also within walking distance. The hotel is a bit old, and the rooms are small, with only a single bed and a small table. Basic needs are met, and the balcony offers mountain views...

You can hear your neighbors very well. There are no sockets - to charge your phone you have to turn off the TV. There is no refrigerator or air conditioner. My son and I stayed here for a weekend of skiing in February. It is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel with excellent service, very nice rooms, and a wonderful little spa. Easy walking distance from the Grandes Montets lifts. Very nice atmosphere and the owners are very nice. My son fell in the lift parking lot, and the owner kindly offered to wash his ski pants. Friendly owners. Our room was quite small with little privacy as the one window/door to the outside faced the dining and common area in the garden where the children were playing. Our room was also quite hot with no way to cool it other than opening the door to the shared garden. Plenty of parking and a nice part of the world to visit.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast. Conveniently located near the city center. Some rooms have many stairs, so be careful if you have a lot of luggage.

Location is good. Hotel staffs are nice especially yang lady helping us changing room. Also man at restaurant was so kind. Room and mood are nice and modern. Room top room we are not familiar and please be careful when making booking. Bathrooms is difficult and not functioning.

Overall, everything was good; the hotel was comfortable, the town is great, and very photogenic.

It was a much narrower space than I thought. The window was right above the bed, so when I opened the window, a dried, twisted spider fell out and I was surprised. The bathroom was also spacious, and it was a perfect hotel for a one or two-day stay.

The hotel was good overall but the breakfast was very bad. Very limited options plus the fruit salad and salmon were stale. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to get their breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Jade and the night manager were outstanding: professional, available, and always smiling. Their warm welcome truly made my stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just a minor negative point: the twinable bed wasn't very practical for a couple 😅. But that doesn't detract from the quality of the service and the team. I highly recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel (as far as the extension is concerned). No opinion on the historic building. Spa, terrace, billiards, swimming pool, fine dining, everything is there to have a good time. Quiet location set back from the road but requires a means of transport to get to the center of Chamonix (about 5km)

Clean and sanitary, you can see the snow-capped mountains when you open the window, and it is also convenient to take the free train to the town

We loved our stay here! The views were absolutely incredible! There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a lit walking trail that takes you right to the city center.

Room with a balcony and a magnificent mountain view. The room was spotless, as were the sauna and steam room. Not a hair out of place! The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was extra, but well worth it. You can also enjoy mountain views from the dining room. A lovely place to stay!

Great stay on the TMB. Our room for 3 was very small but we managed and the hotel is lovely and accommodating for walkers on the TMB. Very good breakfast. Depending on which route you are taking, the trail up to Le Flagere was only metres away.

We stayed at this hotel on our route of the TMB. It was luxurious and a lovely location, they have upgraded the facilities and it was all quite lovely. The sauna was not working, but the steam room was fantastic. Restaurant downstairs was fully booked before our arrival. Also, if this is something that matters to you, I suggest making a reservation ahead of time.

TMB AZ Had a wonderful stay at the hotel everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations for hiking trails, bus and train. Really nice breakfast and dinner with good service. Rooms are comfortable and quiiet. We stayed before starting the TMB highly recommend.

we stayed at this very charming hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. We ordered room with view, and it was very delightful. Strategicly located, near Aiguille du Midi. Room was very nice, clean and neat. A descent balcony overlooking the Mountain was the highlight. We certainly recommend the hotel to our friends and family

Great service, nice staff, cleaning rooms every day and I also got extra pillows because I'm pregnant. Pool area was clean and a lot of sun chairs to relax in. Didn't use jacuzzi but it looked ok. Breakfast was nice with all the cheeses and fruktsallad with yoghurt. Not in city of Chamonix but buss and train goes right outside. Recommend!

Great time staying here. Staff were lovely, enjoyed the Sauna twice. Sauna is a good temperature, unlike some hotels which have them a bit too cold. Table tennis and the bar were good, pool table has room for improvement. They even accommodated a small brekkie for us for our alpine starts on two days. Great views from the hotel.

The hotel has beautiful views and very close to the lift La Praz. The room was clean and sunny. Our main issue was the poor quality of mattresses, especially on a child bed, which were super tough! Wi-fi was spotty in one room.

We loved our stay at L'Oustalet. It is in a quiet street only 5 mins walk from the busy centre of Chamonix, the bus and train stations. It has free parking! Oliver and Audrey and the team were all friendly, generous and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet with views of Mont Blanc. The pool is wonderful after a hot day of hiking and the garden area perfect for lunch - had a delicious salad followed...

I stayed 2 nights and I’m in love it’s so beautiful it’s an amazing 3 star hotel. Lots of wardrobe space, no fridge but I put my water in the balcony 😂 ❄️ They lady offered to get me a kettle and they have hot water on the bar in the evening if you want to make a drink.
