Overall, it was good, but the water heating in the room was too old; the running water made a constant noise all night, making it hard to fall asleep. Since we arrived so late, we didn't consider changing rooms, figuring out that all water heating systems here are probably similar.

The location was fantastic, very central. Great entertainment. Breakfast was fantastic but other food options were limited. We were close to external restaurants but we were tired and cold and would’ve liked more healthier options at the hotel. The heating didn’t work in our room, service did come and attempt to fix it, we thought it was fixed but it wasn’t, it was very cold.

Clean room, friendly courteous staff, great location, fantastic outdoor pool, lively indoor and outdoor bar.

After a rocky start in Chamonix (in different accommodation) we then had the best 24hrs of our trip around France during our stay here! Chamonix is absolutely stunning and after the day hiking, the spa area was so perfect to relax and unwind. Would 100% come back and stay in this hotel, it was perfect

I enjoyed my visit. The breakfast was superb with many many choices. The spa was also a nice place to relax at the end of the day. I only gave it a nine out of 10 because I had to keep getting them to fix my key card it stopped working four times. It was a minor inconvenience as it was fixed quickly each time. The room had a large balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains. It was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. The hotel is very close to the cable car station, but might be a bit far from the city. The facilities are excellent, with free coffee, free snacks, and a good breakfast.

Amazing location and view. Restaurant menu not the greatest but the hotel is extremely close to Chamonix, and the hotel provides public transportation passes in case you are travelling without a car. Great amenities.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Jade and the night manager were outstanding: professional, available, and always smiling. Their warm welcome truly made my stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just a minor negative point: the twinable bed wasn't very practical for a couple 😅. But that doesn't detract from the quality of the service and the team. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna weren't bad. The Aiguille du Midi cable car was also nearby. However, since I booked a cheaper room, it wasn't all that great. We stayed 3 nights here after reading reviews about how good the location was and was such good value for money. All self catering apartments in chalet style. Minutes walk from town the train centre bus stops and attractions. We checked in and out outside of reception hours and was super simple. Very warm and toasty after a day in the cold. Would definitely recommend.

The location was really great and the room was okay. However, the radiator didn't work, so I had to call the front desk every time, which was very inconvenient. This hotel is overrated on this site from our experience. We stayed in 4 hotels over two weeks in Switzerland Italy and France and this rates third. Shabby landscaping greets guests, rooms feel outdated, bathroom products should be upgraded to something more suitable at this price point. Food was ok, again overrated we thought. Staff was stiff. Overall disappointing despite the mointain views.
